Our general feedback would have to be DISAPPOINTED.
Check in - (1) On check in, the booking company had our details incorrect (wrong name and wrong gender)
We were very disappointed by the lack of maintenance to both the bedroom, and the bathroom.
Bedroom - (1) The duvet inner was completely lumpy, as were most of the pillows on the bed. All could do with replacing. (2) There were no net curtains despite the fact that the room faced onto common property. (3) The curtain rings had come away from the curtains in some places. (4) The room had a safe but we were unable to use it as the establishment could not provide us with a key for the safe.(5) The armchair was dirty and a little threadbare.
Bathroom - (1) Shower head was loose. (2) The soap dish in the shower was loose, and tilted downwards. (3) The shower door was difficult to close. (4) The tap at the basin was loose. (5) The soap dish at the basin was loose. (6) The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly. (7) We had to call for an extra towel on the first evening as there was only one towel provided initially.
General - (1) There was a constant unpleasant smell in the room which appeared to emanate from the bathroom. (2) The WiFi only worked intermittently.
