Friendly staff, good breakfast, great area, the wifi was not working as good but we had a good time :)

Beautiful grounds. The spa didn’t have its hot tub or indoor pool open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another guest at the moment so they can come back at another time. This may have avoided that embarrassing incident for my wife.

Like the hotel definitely coming back

Their staff is very kind although we had to wait for 15 mins to prepare the room, i loved the pool but what i did not like is the room, they need to renew the furniture. Also, the cleaning service they were nice but i can see the dust spots after they clean on the objects. What i hate that one of the staff was flirting with us and wanted to follow and talk through instagram app. Unfortunately, their english is so bad so keep in mind to have your google translate with you to talk with them and make sure to have a good service because there is no good service in the rooms. I have to say that the reception guy, Mustafa, is such an amazing person and he helped us a lot + he knows english. Overall, the hotel was good but not perfect, if you’re planning to take tan and stay a lot in the hotel make sure to book a good one.

Everything is great! Keep it that way!

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and rooms and communal areas kept clean. Extra precautions were put in place with plastic screens at reception and in front of the breakfast buffet areas, with staff available to serve. English was a little limited amongst staff, but easy enough to communicate what you needed. The beach area was very nice with good service. Beds could be a little soft and more comfortable.

This hotel was amazing. Its location was perfect, in the center of Gundogan and by the sea. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The private deck to the sea is a great plus and service both at the beach restaurant and breakfast were excellent. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and family friendly vacation.

We loved the pool area the decked area over the sea,

On arrival we were given a room right next to the lobby. It was very dark inside with beige paint, marks all over the wall, lights switches and plug sockets hanging off the wall and generally a poor finish throughout. We asked politely to be moved as we were very dissatisfied with all of the issues being blamed on it being ‘end of season’ so we should expect this. We moved to another room, one floor up, much better but then the air conditioning unit suddenly leaked loads of water over the plug sockets (very dangerous). We then moved to another room upstairs, but had to remain in the room with the broken air con overnight! This was ok too but no British tv channels. Outdoors, the pool area is very nice indeed, the pier is great with good service. Breakfast offers usual continental food and drink which was fine. The spa looks a bit tired and unused but massages were great. The food and drink you can purchase from the pool/pier are expensive for the area but nice (Bemonti is 34TL here compared with 24TL at the restaurants along the beach front). You also have to pay 600TL per day for the day beds on the end of the pier, there are plenty of sun loungers and we never struggled to get a spot whatever time of day. In summary, a great outside space and good value for money (we paid £65 per night for a double room with breakfast) with a few niggles. We were told the rooms will be redone in the coming months.

The room was at the basement with bad odor coming out of the toilet.

The staff were superb the manager was always on hand and very helpful can not praise this hotel enough will 100 percent be going back to it and there facilities on the beach are fantastic food prepared by the chef was superb

it was not semi see view room(208) that was totally trash view,actually it’s not important at all when we recognize this view is full of hen and cockroaches that continuesly making noice, we can’t sleep at first night and this make us tired and nervous we lost 2 days of trips actually.it was bad experience i will never use hotels again.

Everything was as expected. Friendly Service, Great location. Will go back.

Clean well designed and spacious family room was very good

The room was big and well prepared. Nearby is a construction site which made a lot of noise and dust for some rooms. Some rooms were freshly reprinted and have an strong smell, we need to change. The breakfast was poor. The staff was helpful, but try to sell an upgrade, which will double the room price, to get rid of the paint smell

First of all we booked this hotel as it was supposed to be 4 stars, but when we arrived we realized there is only 3 stars showing on the hotel. The refrigerator was not functioning well and they promised that they will send a technician to fix it by tomorrow, we were waiting for the whole 6 days we stayed and no one ever showed up to fox the refrigerator. Their washroom sink was clogged and Water was going very slow in the drain, their air conditioning was either to cold or too hot(the adjustable temperature wasn’t functioning well or it wasn’t accurate). The breakfast was the worse we had over 20 places we had food(tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, eggs, other vegetables were not tasty or fresh). Most importantly the connection and speed on their Wifi internet was horrible: slow and it was keep disconnecting, very disappointing. We asked to change the room to get better wifi and etc.. so we moved to next room and realized the connection is a bit better but the speed is always the worse we experienced and also refrigerate in this room wasn’t functioning well either, the water tabs in the sink of the waahroom were loose and could’ve been fixed easily. The funniest part was that the hotel doesn’t have blankets for sleep.

Need to improve hospitality and cleaning services.

Açık büfe kahvaltı var ancak vasat ve saat 10.30 da büfe toplanıyor. Tatil ve eğlence amaçlı gidilen bir tesiste bu hiç konforlu değil. Otel spa resort adıyla geçiyor ancak fitness odası ve spa alanı işlevsiz. Kapalı havuzun motoru çalışmıyor, jakuzi bozuk, bir koşu bandı bile yok. Açık havuz alanı güzel ancak orası da çocuk ve dadı doluyor kafa dinleyemiyorsunuz. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı ancak dört yıldız standartında bir otel değil. Verdiğim paranın karşılığını ne yazık ki alamadım.
