This hotel was in such a bad area and had no parking. It was a nightmare. I didn’t even try to get out of the car and go inside there how it had a higher rating as it did I don’t know. I never even got into the door. there was a terrible terrible place.

The cleaning room was deficient and does not provide the elements necessary for the bathroom also the toilet was broken and not working properly

Ok place for a night but I made the mistake of pre-paying a reservation through expedia and when I get there they have no record of it. Even after them talking to an expedia representative they still could not cear it up and I had to pay. My bank statement verified that the payment went through but disappeared somewhere in the internet void. Food prices in their restaurant are outrageous and mediocre. The food options in the area are very limited for a place downtown.

Bucaramanga is not a nice city, and the area of the hotel which is in center is a bit sketchy. We didn't choose well

Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. On site security guards provides safety for guests in hotel. Rooms are large, clean. Bed is comfortable. Clean and spacious bathroom with hot water. Breakfast included with msnt good choices of fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, juice, meat and soup. Great value for money. WiFi works well.

I had a last-minute reservation but the staff did not mind welcoming me late at night. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful despite my poor spanish. Tje room was big, bright, super clean, comfy, and quiet as it was over the inner yard. Location is convenient. Would stay there again!

Very Nice Hotel, Great Value. The center of the city isn't the best area though.

Hotel is located in downtown Bucaramanga. It’s closed to everything. Shops, malls, parks, restaurants. Hotel’s staff was very friendly. Bed was amazing, very comfy and super quite. I would totally recommend it to anyone visiting Bucaramanga either for family or business purposes.

My stay is always spectacular at this hotel. The staff is very attentive. For Our business, I have to go 3 or 4 times a year to that city and I do not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Very, very ackward and cumbersome parking situation. Although parking is dirctoy below the hotel , there is no direvt access to it , you mist walk out if the hotel ( in w not tobsafe area of the city center ) run up and down a ramp In order to park. Course you can also go through a maze or some sirt of businss building in order to gain access t your car. Very cumbersome and in fact anoying. This hotel admin must fix that ASAP. Other than that is a good hotel.
