The staff was nice and helpful.

Parking lot is bad but safe. The street tobget to it is very, very bad with huge pot holes, debris, broken speed bumps, no signs, and people dont follow traffic rules.

Nada que ver con la marca Hampton... descuidado, puerta de baño dificil de cerrar, faltaron toallas, sucio. Para ser un hotel de paso, para viajeros, nos toco la posada de empleados. Nuestro cuarto estaba a 10 mts de la fiesta. El ruido era insoportable y debiamos descansar para continuar nuestro viaje. Mal mal para Hampton. Debieron hacerlo en otra parte del hotel. Varios huespedes del piso 1 nos quejamos.

We went to the breakfast area before 8 am and the dining area was a mess. I picked up a cup to dispense coffee, the cup was dirty with stains. There were a lot of dirty dishes on the counter from previous guests that the hotel staff had not picked up since who knows when and there were not enough choices of food, pretty much run out of eggs and pastries. I requested the receptionist to talk to the general manager to complain about the situation, she said that the managers was going to come over to my table or call my room, none of those happened, manager was not brave to face the situation. At check out the receptionist apologised for the situation but no word from management.

Out of a two week stay, the in-room WiFi worked less than 1/2 of that. The staff seemed quite unconcerned. The WiFi on my plane rides to and from had better overall reception and uptime.

The parking could use some improvement.

The property was very attractive and was able to accommodate my group, which varied from three rooms for part of the stay to seven rooms for two nights. I really appreciated the free breakfast, too. My only suggestion would be to place a hair dryer in the room where I stayed, if possible. I think most travelers expect a hair dryer at Hampton Inns.

Everything ok but the staff needs to be more kind

The toilet wasn’t working the shower didn’t work properly I tried to fix myself. All these thing just didn’t happen they been that way for a while

The shower is not in a good condition , also there is a guy who is trying to open the doors of the rooms without knocking the door

Very nice hotel. Reception employee could use more training, not welcoming at check in.Everything else, great staff at breakfast area and the room cleaning lady.

This is an excellent option when needing to go through Ciudad Del Carmen. I like the convenience in location and nearby restaurants and amenities.

The property was very clean and the rooms were very nice. We had a very nice stay.

I have stayed there 4/5 times and the staff are really good. Hotel rooms also. Usual complaint that nearly all of the tv channels are in Spanish. There have a very flexible approach to breakfast which shud be good but the quality of the food is poor. Its only a small thing but they serve the scrambled eggs at 05,55 in a hugh plate and they are almost inedible by 0630. They should learn to bring out more smaller servings.
