It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold.

Great hotel

Although the hotel was clean, the room smelled too bad because of smoking even they gave me a non smoking room. If you do not have a car, it is too far from city, but close to a shopping center.

Breakfast was great, delicious. Staffs responded quickly and efficiently. Roon was spacious. Clean spolessly. Right next highway, but very quite. Nothing to claim.

No to much public transportation

Well worth a stay. Comfortable rooms and great breakfasts! Prices excellent too.

I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday. The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!! She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds! After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked. Stay away and forgo there!

It is better to add water heater and some tea and coffee envelope

Staff was very polite and helpful- The room was amazing! room had extra private restroom for my Disabled Mother- Easy access to room, very spacious- the Best Breakfast Buffet ever! We both enjoyed our stay here & will definitely be back- thank you to the helpful staff

It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Paper thin walls, doors slamming at all hours of the night, misleading photos of rooms/amenities, ripped bed sheets, no functioning TV, and worst of all, lumpy beds. Regardless of it's convenient location it offers nothing else. At this price I could've stayed at the Ramada and gotten some actual sleep with 0 else.

Terrible experience. Room smelled like sewage. They tried to mask the smell with a very strong perfume that made my son sick. We then left the hotel and I was not refunded for the second night.

Excellent free parking. There is a gas station and a very good cafeteria in front of the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant.

Good value hotel with private parking in your personal garage.

This hotel is convenient coming off the motorway if you don’t want to drive into Madrid.. still quite a bit of traffic in the morning though. Reception staff excellent gave great info for getting train into Madrid and called us a taxi to take us to the train station in Pinto .. fare into Sol Madrid 5.80 return I think

Good position for traveling through the length of Spain.. usual good standard hotel that we have come to expect from Eurostars

The room smelt musty and like wet rags. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is within walking distance. No food, shopping, etc.
