Check in staff was not friendly. AC unit was broken, sofa bed was super dirty. Smelled bad.

J’ai été très satisfait dans l’ensemble. C’est un hôtel un peu vieux mais quand même très propre. J’ai aimé la localisation un peu en retrait du Malecón mais très proche. Il y a un supermarché juste en face. Le petit déjeuner est dans le resto à côté. Pas super copieux mais au moins c’est inclus dans le prix. Seul aspect négatif: il n’y a pas de frigo dans la chambre.

I don't know how I ended up paying so much but I am not using Hotels.com again. I almost paid what I would have at Los Cabos for All-Inclusive with food and alcoholic drinks. Nonetheless, the place itself was clean and very convenient. Just 2-3 blocks from malecon. The staff was great. The breakfast was good but very basic for the price paid.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, la ubicación del hotel muy tranquilo sin nada de ruido para descansar. El personal muy atento, llegamos antes de nuestra hora de check in y nos cuidaron nuestras maletas para poder salir a pasear agusto y el día de nuestro check out de igual manera dejamos nuestras maletas hasta que era hora de irnos al aeropuerto.

The Staff was great, helpful and good attitude always. Breakfast was excellent, room clean.

Great place to stay

El staff muy atento, el cuarto todos los días lo limpiaban y lo único que el desayuno gratis solo cubre $100 pesos por persona; me gusto la alberca, pequeña pero relajante y el estacionamiento muy seguro; creo que si hubiera durado mas días me hubiera sentido como en casa

Our stay was great and all the staff were so nice and super helpful! The hotel was always clean and the pool was a great hangout spot for my family.

Great location. I was far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to where the excitement is happening.

I think if you need a good value in La Paz that is walking distance to the Malecon then this hotel provides that. It is modest, clean and the staff is friendly. But the rooms are very modest, TV and AC is good. Mattresses are quite firm.

Excellent location and services

One of the Hotel workers "Alberto" was really great. He went out of his way to help us a few times. I would really recommend this place to all travelers. a few blocks from the "Malecon". Restaurants and coffee shops also surrounding the hotel. Secured parking, a small bar, and great service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and breakfast is good too. They will give you a voucher for 100 pesos just in case you want to order something different from the menu. Parking lot is tight but very secure.
