Clean rooms, ample parking, great free breakfest "100 pesos of restaurant price breakfest or free breakfest from limited menu", always used the discount better, very close to the beach 2 blocks, great desert in next door restaurant nimi, would def stay again.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responded immediately. Very attractive place, clean Breakfast was with voucher at next door cafe, could sit outside, brilliant idea

It’s an older hotel. It does the job. It’s clean. Great location. The pool is fine too. We stayed 4 nights.

Room was amazing

The room at 7 Crowns was dirty, my wife and I were Lysol the room before we ever took our stuff out the suitcase. No natural lighting because we were on the ground level we could not open the curtains without someone being able to see us in the room changing/getting ready. The toilet seat screws that hold the seat to the toilet was rusted out and full of feces. As soon as we checked in we asked for another room but they were full, we checked into the Courtyard Marriott down the street. Only good thing about this property that we liked was the convenience it was to everything, other than that we were okay with leaving behind.

The hotel is great

This is an older hotel. They have done a great job upgrading the outside of the hotel, but now they need to work inside the rooms. The beds are super firm and the bathrooms need to be remodeled.

The property itself is quite good, the staff made the difference. The experience was made great by the staffs treatment, will definitively go back.

The hotel was clean. The room was decent sized but with a large shower and strong air conditioning. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach where all the activities are. 5he pool was a little small but the water was cool and clear. My only complaint is the mattress was hard for my liking.

Como es posible que te den un cuarto con balcón y la puerta se puede abrir, pero no cerrar. Y cada vez que desees salir debes llamar al lobby para que vengan a cerrarla. Y a parte te preguntan si ya no vas a salir más; en vez de que la arreglen.
