The reception staff and service consultants are very enthusiastic and professional. Breakfast and restaurant dishes are delicious and fresh. The resort has full services for family members. Will come back:)))

Nothing special about the resort to justify the cost. I stayed in the villa and each time going from the lobby to villa by cart there woyld be a 10 minute wait. I arrived back to my villa late at night the room key didn't work. I had to walk to the lobby, they reprogrammed the key. I went back to my room and it still didn't work. This took more than an hour before I could enter my room at 3am. Also, the gardners start working at 9am so it gets loud early in the morning. Overrall I can't recommend the villa stay at Da Nang Mikazuki.

Nothing to complain about. Everything is ok. Everyone should book a room in the hotel area, it will be more convenient to travel than in the villa area.

The view is very nice, the room is clean, but maybe in Japanese style so it's a bit classic combined with modern (I prefer a completely modern room), the plus point is that it has a smart toilet. Soundproofing is okay, enthusiastic staff.

Great hotel for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the hotel.

Location is far from central city but the resort itself is huge so you can just spend the whole they there. Rooms are big and comfy, various breakfast selection. My favorite would be the infinity pool and jacuzzi

The resort is new, clean, beautiful, with many activities suitable for young people, the elderly, and children. The staff are especially friendly and enthusiastic. I forgot my documents, but the staff quickly contacted me and helped deliver them in time. It was a wonderful vacation, a wonderful experience in terms of space, time, service, and people.

The price is also high and does not include onsen bath and playground services. Everyone who books a room should pay attention, the price is nearly 4 million, buying on sale is a full combo. The toilet has an automatic washing faucet that does not work, so it is not recommended to stay in the villa area because there are many insects.

Enthusiastic staff, super nice and modern rooms. Suitable for families with small children. Personally, I think the children like to play in the outdoor water park more than the indoor one. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious. One thing that is not satisfactory is that my room had ants, exactly 5 of them, I don't know if there are more. It was a bit scary when I discovered it, luckily they were only in the bathroom. I called the hotel and they were willing to change rooms for me.

We would have loved to stay longer. Next time we will plan a bigger schedule 😁.

Bãi xe sang sảnh lên tầng 4 checkin hơi xa. Pool tầng 22 ổn. Ăn sáng hơi ít món, quầy bánh mì đa dạng hơn khách sạn khác. Điểm cộng là dịch vụ “đặc biệt” của khách sạn.

I had the most pleasant stay in this hotel. Beautiful place and staff. Enjoy the beach and infinity pool.
