Service staff with extremely bad attitude

Breakfast is not much, the staff is not very friendly. No parking, have to park on the street unsafe.

I had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet, as I expected. Hotel staff are friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. However, the Hotel is a bit more mosquito and does not have a private beach. The beach is a public area right next to the hotel, which is also very deserted but feels uncomfortable because it is not on the hotel premises. Opposite the hotel is Be Nhi seafood restaurant, fresh seafood and reasonable price.

The view from our room was spectacular. Staff were extremely helpful. Far as we were concerned was this resort's off town location, we found it super easy to move to the Ancient town by complimentary bus with high frequency offered by Sunrise resort. Will definitely come back another time
