Disappointed. Hot Spring Spa poolsnwere great. Open to families and children. Staff seemed non shalant and not as outgoing as the competition up the road. Could have escorted you to your room with all the luggage we could have had some help. No bell hop or a cart to use. Had to find out room ourselves. Room was very nice with a large balcony. Room, view, and hot springs were the best feature. Restaurant is only open for buffet breakfast which was huge. And also good. But food was not hot for what I had.

Unique beachfront rooms, fun hot spring pools, activity areas for kids, enormous breakfast buffet, DIY beachfront charcoal BBQ that you can reserve and hotel provides equipment and food to grill. Downside is there are no activities within walking distance outside of the hotel property.

Very fun and great location great helping staff too

The best things about this resort is the staff. There is very limited dining. We were told to walk to the 711, but the neighborhood was so sketchy that we came back to take a taxi. The staff were nice and called the taxi. The taxi driver was hostile when we wanted to pay with a credit card. We were exhausted and not yet picked up any Taiwanese money. He refused to take us to an atm. He got out of the car and yelled at us so much that the lady from the front desk heard him and she graciously paid him and refused to let us pay her back in our two types of currency. Our room was okay- the entire place felt past its prime.

The room was clean and comfortable, great view of the ocean with nice bonus sunroom. But it was the details that made this hotel so special. The fountain that was VERY excited to see you. The beach art that were always working so hard. Very inviting velvet lounge chairs and mirrors above the bed. Plus the included breakfast was one of the largest regular buffets we've seen. And the pool, sauna, and hot springs tub we're spacious and actually really cool

We enjoyed our one night stay here. I booked 3 different rooms for my family. Each room has different designs. The morning buffet was massive. I've never seen so options for a hotel buffet before.

The hotel is slightly dated and has tacky "art" everywhere but the service was good and the rooms were clean. I just wish when I looked out my fairly expensive hotel room, I saw the ocean, not strange art installations poking up out of the sand. For what they are charging per night I thought it would be a bit classier. The breakfast buffet was large and had many options but the taste was just ok. The highlight was definitely the pool and hot spring spa area, it was great.

The motel is very well located. We had a great view of the ocean and beach from our room. Our room was large and very comfortable. The amenities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. The beach front location wonderful and we had direct access with to the beach with a enclosed porch and stairway. The room also had a convenient, covered place to park the car right in front of the motel room.

Way to much garbage on the beach.

I have great experience and will back again! If you want full view and direct access to the beach, this is the right hotel! To Expedia, I just want to give a positive feedback about this hotel, but you have to force me to write a full paragraph in order to submit. If I have a good experience, I will say yes, great, fun; if I have a complains, I will write a full page! Please change it!

Love waking up to the beach view and having private enclosed patio with Stone table & chairs! And love stepping right onto the beach from your room. Beautiful hot spring pool and spa. Location very convenient to geopark.

Stayed a night with a family. Staffs were super helpful and nice. We definitely had a great time. We arrived late but the hotel allowed us to check out 1 hour later, which was super nice! Two things though - the room that I stayed smelled pretty bad - someone must have smoked in the room. I tried to open the windows but the smell still there the next day. Another thing is the beach - maybe it's off season. There were garbages along the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at White House. If they can make some non-smoking rooms for families and kids friendly movies that would be really great!

White House Beach Resort situates beside a nice beach. Room design is fantastic yet cleanliness has room of improvement. Facilitates of the resort are still under construction. It will be a nice place to stay at later time.

風景不錯，可惜沙灘有點髒亂，房間還算舒適，不過水壓不足，放個水等很久不想等，沖澡也沖的很累，室內設施不夠豐富，總體來說感覺不值這價錢

入住前兩天主動致電，告訴我們當天早上就可以先使用設施、退房後也歡迎繼續用，非常熱情大方。 泳池使用溫泉水，溫度很舒適，玩沙區有遮陽，不怕下雨跟太陽，非常棒。 早餐偏台式，菜色應該有超過50種選擇很多樣化。
