Great staff…nice hotel

The hotel is clean, breakfast amazing, walking distance to Avenida Paulista and MASP. The only thing I would suggest is to have bilingual ppl at front desk. São Paulo is a big city with lots of tourists and having a full bilingual customer service representatives will be a plus!

Amazing location on a safe area, close to shops, restaurants, and main tourist attractions, you can walk to so many places. The hotel was nice and had a really good breakfast, which was one of the highlights with Pao de Queijo every morning. The lobby and restaurant area looked nice and recently renewed but the rooms are a bit run down. Staff was super helpful and kind at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, for the price, the property is good and it’s located close to Paulista Avenue. But it’s on a slope so you have to Paulista up and it’s hard to walk up if you’re not fit. More importantly, their rooftop terrace has no Internet connection and nobody to give you towels for the pool. Parts of the hotel are in rough shape And the renovating half of it at the moment.

Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado , caminable a varios Mall, y a dos cuadras de av. paulista, el personal es muy amable, pero esta en remodelacion, y lamentablemente eso no corresponde, ...polvo rudos de taladros y otros, para una estadia vacacional de una semana eso fue muy desagradable.

Very very old hotel, very very noisy. You hear the outside just as the others room, the one above, and the elevator funcioning. Ok for one night but no more

The hotel is not new but the rooms are clean and the breakfast is perfect for a week working in Sao Paulo

The room that they gave me was so old. like the furniture belonged to World War 2!!! I didn't expect that. The windows don't have a view at all. all of them were locked! It was like a prison. but the worst thing about the hotel was its internet connection. It is better to say they don't have an Internet connection than to say they have a weak connection.
