Property was lovely and modern and staff were very friendly. The air con was a life saver and lots of choice at breakfast.

Hotel that provides clean rooms frankly refurbished. Slightly haphazard layout of communal areas Dining area feels dark since few windows.

Nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of St Helier centre. Hotel enu and meals were very good. Also a very lively pub across the road from the hotel which did food at a reasonable price.

It was an average hotel, this was the last of 5 hotels of a bigger trip and it was very very basic. The water for the bath and and shower were luke warm at best, the pool changing rooms were tiny and overcrowded with people actually getting changed in the corridor outside the changing room. The jacuzzi was open but was not working. Poorly catered for vegans. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to town and opposite the beautiful beach.

Service was very good and attentive, had a couple of things in bedroom needing attention but staff were very prompt in dealing with it, restaurant food was very good.

Nice hotel in a very pleasant location. However breakfast served on the first day was cold despite beinv served imm Then when we complained we waited half an hour for more. Otherwise everything else was okay

The room we were in had been renovated just a bit if a squeeze bur was wekk equiped. The breakfast was good quality and fir the first time I found an hoiel toaster that actually did the job in 1 go. The evening meal was also great value and copious amounts Had a problem with noise from the room underneath but sorted by night porter after my unsuccessful request at 2am! This was dealt with on checkout as well. Altogether a good value hotel

Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by

Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel close to amenities and lovely views of the sea with a pub attached to the hotel but a nicer one across the road will definitely be back

The room photo is not the room you get, only 3 rooms have this balcony. The view from the hotel is of the public toilets and municipal pumping station.

Really nice room, hotel is in a good location close to the centre. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

I liked the location. The bus stop was right outside the Hotel door and the service was very good. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice. Only minor complaint was the shower. Not very powerful, obviously due to poor water pressure. Definitely would return though.

Lovely clean Hotel and breakfast is excellent. Only one small complaint and that’s the poor shower pressure.
