Service was very good and attentive, had a couple of things in bedroom needing attention but staff were very prompt in dealing with it, restaurant food was very good.

Nice hotel in a very pleasant location. However breakfast served on the first day was cold despite beinv served imm Then when we complained we waited half an hour for more. Otherwise everything else was okay

The room we were in had been renovated just a bit if a squeeze bur was wekk equiped. The breakfast was good quality and fir the first time I found an hoiel toaster that actually did the job in 1 go. The evening meal was also great value and copious amounts Had a problem with noise from the room underneath but sorted by night porter after my unsuccessful request at 2am! This was dealt with on checkout as well. Altogether a good value hotel

Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by

Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel close to amenities and lovely views of the sea with a pub attached to the hotel but a nicer one across the road will definitely be back

The room photo is not the room you get, only 3 rooms have this balcony. The view from the hotel is of the public toilets and municipal pumping station.

Really nice room, hotel is in a good location close to the centre. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful

I liked the location. The bus stop was right outside the Hotel door and the service was very good. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice. Only minor complaint was the shower. Not very powerful, obviously due to poor water pressure. Definitely would return though.

Lovely clean Hotel and breakfast is excellent. Only one small complaint and that’s the poor shower pressure.

Loved the friendly & helpful staff at reception & restaurant. Bar food was delicious & well presented. Pool & sauna were great. Good location, across from beach & bus stop across the road from hotel. Areas for improvement- no food service available from breakfast until bar opens at 5pm apart from limited prepacked sandwiches, crisps etc. Pool & sauna area is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility, narrow stairs, no hand rails and wet floors. Also high doorstop at door between games room and ground floor rooms. This is dangerous. All of above easy remedied!! Signage required in short term. Thank you for an enjoyable stay x

This hotel was cheap and for good reason, changed room twice. On a plus note the staff was friendly, and it had a car park, but very very dated. You get what you pay for

Hotel was ok for the price ,pool area was very poor and changing rooms big let down security lockers not working and all rusty, breakfast was good for thebprice we paid good service ,hotel bar lacks alchol free drinks so only soft drink option for us who dont drink ,

The staff were very polite , lovely restaurant swimming pool and sauna. The bathroom was a little cramped and the shower was not very powerful the windows looked out over the kitchen roof where you could simetimes here the extractor fan and smell the food

No issues with the hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly. The bar food we had was excellent and it was in a great location. If I had to point at anything it would be that the jacuzzi wasn't brilliant. Overall the stay was excellent a d I would use the hotel again

This was our first trip to Jersey with our 2 year old daughter. The staff were lovely with her and made her feel very welcome. The reception, bar area and restaurant are decorated lovely. The room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, an amazing range of both cold and hot food options. Good location directly across from the beach, car park was tight but we got a space everyday. Might be busier in peak seasons. Overall a lovely stay would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, a 10 minute walk from St Helier. The room was bright, clean and spacious with tea making facilities. The beds were comfortable and the room had a good heater when needed. There was lots of choice for breakfast including a full English. The bar and restaurant area were tastefully decorated and the evening meal was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.
