The staff were great. However, the room was below average. The window was fogged glass. No natural light on first floor.

Lovely big family room, excellent breakfast. Only con was the lack of parking on site, we had to park around a 5-10 min walk away, which is not ideal when you have lots of luggage and it's very hot.

Our window was frosted, I'm assuming because it probably looked out onto a brick wall. But it's a little depressing when you can't even look out the window of your hotel room. The bathroom was OK. Overall, what I expected for the price.

Our room was street front. Too noisy. Get a room in the back.

Very bad experience, not sure why it’s on your list, no fridge, no iron, no locker in the room. They don’t open the air conditioner system until June although the temperature was 24 degrees in May.They told us to open the windows for air. There was so much noise that you cannot sleep. I need my my money back from Hotel.com

My wife and I spent 3 nights. Very clean hotel, the location is great as you can walk anywhere and it’s very safe. The room is spacious and has all you need. The receptionists need to work on customer service though.

The room was big and the water was hot. Nice quiet place to stop and enjoy a stroll around the streets and allies of Zaragosa.

Air conditioner terrible

They claim to have air conditioning in the rooms but thatbis false. The AC does not work and the staff don't care when you ask them. The rooms were very warm and uncomfortable to sleep; could not open the window because of the street noise.
