Didn't expect that the room would be in a rooming house . It was ok for a cheap night stay . Very basic

It was as advertised a basic clean roon with en suite. 2 minor issues said £50 for the night yet was charged £57? Also tv in totally wrong position - needs to be facing the bed. Overall ir was as stated, friendly owner, prompt with keys. Clean room nice shower. I would def stay again

I have to wait longer than the usual time before checking in. I have been calling the stupid numbers there al in vain going to voice mail. I started looking like a fool. About to take my leave someone not speaking English show up saying that I have to input code that the didn't sent to me to open the door.

The property was very near Heathrow, but basically just a place to put your head down for the night

on website, it stated free buses and stated bus numbers can be taken to the hotel but not correct.............. have to pay to get there. Since we don't have a phone, when we asked the owner to call a taxi for us, he refused. not many restaurants or anything around the area. also had to walk a long way to the hotel.

The guy at the entrance was friendly, however the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was a bit hard to take, instead there was a smell of chemicals, no easy sleeping…

The host wanted us check out at 10:00 am. According to the website the check out is 10:30 am. The curtain is not adequate, it gets very bright around 4:00 am, the curtain does not completely cover the windows and the neon sign is right out the windows so it’s pretty bright at night. The place is for 3 people and only 1 cup and 1 spoon. There is only 1 package of 3 in 1 coffee which was already opened. The shower only has a curtain which is mouldy on the bottom.

The room was filthy and clearly hadnt been cleaned for weeks. The staff was very unfriendly and aggessive.

The staff: rude, aggressive, unprofessional and completely unaware of their own check-in policy. Cleanliness: dirty/ dusty skirting boards, limescale on both sink and shower, marks/ stains on walls, doors, etc, stained towel and a completely odd unstafactory smell. Coffe and tea tray (or bowl in this instance): no milk, tea bags open in the bowl and old water in the kettle. Bed/ sleep: very firm mattresses but it is was adequate enough to get a decent six hour sleep. Far to many issues for me to stay again and I wouldn't recommend it.

Very small room

Proximity to airport which I was looking for. The room was neat but furnitures were very bad. Spent half the night standing up to adjust the headboard which kept on falling on me. Room also had a strong disinfectant kind of smell. Will not consider this place again.

I like it's proximity to the airport. I don't like that it's so dirty with mold in the tiny fridge and on the lower parts of the wall. The brown towels were smelly, the bath gel and shampoo were used ones. The electric jug had sludge inside and worst of all, the tea bags were not in satches and were just dropped on a dirty tray without a cover. Hmmmm, the old tea cup had cracked and leaks from the side. It's too poor for $60

Got home last night and all of my luggage now reeks, the same as Apple Guesthouse. The smell is a combination of damp, stale cooking and disinfectant. The ensuite room shower didn't work properly (the proprietor already knew this) but rather than fix it, I had to use the communal one. Everything is tired, worn and rundown. There is damp, rips in the curtains, blocked plugholes, badly worn laminate flooring. They seem to do the absolute minimum to keep the money coming in. I would never go here again, unless it was totally refurbished. It may be ok for an overnight stay whilst waiting for a flight, but other than that... Also, there are 5 rooms but only 2 parking spaces. This led to a big headache as on-street parking is about £3 per hour.. A strong smell of disinfectant came into my room every day from the proprietors quarters. I could also hear his phone notifications going off through the night. It's a shame because if a bit of money was spend and new management, it could be ok..
