It was in a central location and very clean and tidy. Had a great stay and could see a bit of the lake from our deck on the first floor which was a bonus. Received a friendly, welcoming check in.

No charge use of laundry facilities. 2nd bedroom

Easy to find, good food options across the road if you're sick of driving ! Close to town

Convenient place to stay for one night in central Taupo. Easy walk down to lakeside. Easy parking even with bikes on back.

Nice motel alot bigger complex than we expected. Had a lovely big comfy bed. Did think it was strange that the bottom sheet was not tucked into the base of the bed. Could hear people really clearly when they walked down the hallway passed our room. Was very convenient with shops across the road. We did enjoy our stay thank you.

Clean, tidy and convenient to town. Rooms are very comfortable and well presented. Give a high recommendation for this motel.

Very easy to find and staff very helpfull.

Room was nice but disappointed to be called to pay before arrival. I specifically selected pay at property but he advised that meant paying 48 hours in advance. There was nothing on the booking to that effect and that had not been our experience. When we arrived he was not very friendly- we will not go back there.

Nice enough room. Not enough lounging for a family of 4 on comfy seats. Was a dripping/knocking sound coming from the wall all night which was bothering my sleep.

Lovely quiet modern unit. Great bed! Easy parking out the front of the unit. Friendly staff.

Lots of parking, nice and close to town. Nice spa bath to relax in.

The property was handy to the city centre, our ground floor room had a lovely outdoor patio accessed by french doors.

Great location with an easy walk to town What could be added to the room would be bedside tables. Nowhere to out a book, glasses, cellphone etc

Very disappointed when we arrived to find there was no hob in the room even though it was described as having a kitchen. When we spoke to reception they said a room with a hob had to be pre-requested and they had none free to move us. We have been in NZ for 3 weeks and have not had this issue in any accommodation. Also it said it had outside space, our room had a tiny balcony too small to sit on and no furniture so unusable. The room was dark and felt like a cave. But clean, staff amenable, reasonable location. Would not choose to stay there again.

Modern conveniences and ample carparking.

The individual little tubes of toiletries are alot of unnecessary extra plastic generated per room. Not eco friendly at all! Install some dispensers. Bathrooms need a shelf or drawers to put toilet bag on.

Close to town with free ice available also had lots of parking and great views of the lake Staff are friendly and helpful Only issue was the fridge wasn't that cold but had free ice so wasnt a problem Would stay there again

Great motel. Two bedroom apartment was fantastic.
