Nice hotel, also the location near the downtown, bell tower, etc!

We have stayed 2 nights at grand noble xian hotel and actually we are not satisfied, but because hotel drumbell tower xian we check via traveloka full for 23-27 september 2017, so we rush to book again hotel grand noble xian, without check hotel around the drum tower and bell tower which turns out to be much nicer and closer. today we check in traveloka for 25-27 september it turns out many rooms in drumbell hotel xian and some other hotel closer to tourist place (drum tower, bell tower, great mosque & muslim street market) with good review rating. today we want to try hotel citadines central xian (model apartment and spacious room, rating review 8.9) for the rest of our 2 nights holiday in xian. taxi from the airport to the grand noble hotel 150RMB. The hotel is old, the rooms are quite spacious. but the lighting is less bright even though there are enough lights in the room. AC is quite cold. hot and cold shower is good but not a power shower. the wifi signal is not very nice & the wifi can not be used for internet.fb.dll. just for whatsapp & bbm. Cleanliness is poorly guarded. we used a glass to drink milk, and there was still some milk left over after our room was cleaned and leftovers on the carpet. (floors and carpets are not vacuumed). Unfortunately for a 4 star hotel class grand noble does not maintain cleanliness. The distance from the hotel to the drum tower, bell tower, great mosque, and muslim food street is quite a bit of a walk away but by the local government it provides underpass for pedestrians crossing to tourist areas (drum tower, bell tower, great mosque, and muslim food street) so it is safe for pedestrians. Front office attendants can speak a little English, but communication is not good enough so that there was a miscommunication. Through the hotel staff, Jason, we ordered a car to take us to Terracotta, for 400 RMB to go and go home (30 minutes to 1 hour from the grand noble hotel to terracota) the drivers waiting in the parking lot were quite easy to find during our visit to Terracota. The car that we rent Nissan Teana nopol A8HL17 is clean, fit for 4 passengers, because we are only two so it is wide enough. Driver as well as Owner, Mr. Lie is nice and polite, it's just that driver can not speak english. Ticket entered Terracota 150RMB per person.
