This hotel has an air of neglect from the minute you walk in, we were ignored by the two reception staff until I made a point of saying we had a reservation. They then gave us a room on the first floor which smelled strongly of smoke, we asked for another and we’re given another one. The internet is dreadful, the swimming area needs attention as the two jacuzzis are out of action and have wires and pipes protruding. The lockers in the pool area have no keys and only women permitted between 10-5 and men only from 5-10. The breakfast was basic and my omelette inedible. Only two small cup sized plastic containers of water left per day. The staff had no information about the town or even a basic map.

Best hotel in town by a wide margin. Lux rooms with nice decor, comfy bed. Walking distance to the best restaurant in town

We had been travelling throughout Turkey on a motorcycle, accompanied by our friends in a support car and looked forward to splurging on this hotel / spa. It was the ONLY hotel in our weeks in Turkey that was NOT gracious, warm, sweet and lovely - even though it was more expensive. The pool was closed, the steam room and the salt spa rooms did not work and my first "Turkish bath" was horrible! Young workmen came wandering in while my friend and I were there (naked). The door was clear glass! We were the only ones in the Women's spa area and I am sure because we were Westerners it was considered okay. This area is more conservative, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had felt respected too. When my friend's husband went down to complain about the treatment his wife and I received, the manager never contacted him. He had to go looking for him and then did not even get an apology. The staff was grumpy, the non-smoking room stunk of smoke, the huge hotel lobby was interesting, but their were signs that said NO PHOTOS ALLOWED. You cannot get alcohol in the hotel restaurant (not a big deal but after a long cold day on the motorcycle a beer would have been nice). Again - this was the ONLY place we stayed in a long trip that was not WONDERFUL. We loved Turkey, would go back in a heartbeat, but not to this place.

Oldukça temiz ve bakımlı bir hotel

Genel olarak sakin bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı standart çok fazla çeşit yoktu. Mutfak şefi çok ilgiliydi kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Banyolarda duş başlığını tavana sabitlemişler o hoşumuza gitmedi.

Dusche war schlecht! Beim Frühstück schlechter Service! Oft keine Teller vorhanden & es gab auch öfter alt! Rezeption war gut! Zimmer war gut ausgestattet!

Rude staff. We booked a 'superior' room amd a 'standard' room. Both were identical and the hotel told us they do not sell 'superior' rooms, such rooms do not exist. The rooms were dirty and arank of smoke with broken furniture and stained carpets. The hotel seemed abandoned with much of the in cimplete darkness

Odaların genişliği çok güzel ancak banyo ve tuvalet tesisatı çok eski. Duş başlığı alçı tavan delinerek bağlanmış, çok kötü bir görüntü

Rahat konforlu bir oteldi

Net, schoon, comfortabel en zeer betaalbaar. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel.

Hitel est bien et propre, les chambres qont spacieuses. Il n'étais pas mentionné que la salle de sport, hamam sont payant pour la clientèle.

Yatak oldukça sertti. Odada çay kahve makinası yok. Aydınlatma oldukça zayıf. Personel ilgisi iyi. Kahvaltı güzeldi.

Gute zimmer. Freundliches personal. Guter , hilfsbereiter manager, ....

Eten was goed ,kamers ruim ,serves goed ontbijt is echt Turks . Goed restaurant wel beperkt Engels sprekend

Hotel is inmiddels verouderd en stond zo goed als leeg. Wel moeten wij aangeven dat wij geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van de spa voorzieningen.
