Hotel lovely, room nice but small no seating area we are English and didn't realise it would be full of Germans. Breakfast good Evening meal poor and did t get a drink included with meal ( inc had to pay for water) air con didn't work in room but eventually got it sorted. No sound proofing of room so noisy all night long with groups coming home 1am 2am 3am etc banging doors and shouting, asked to be moved but hotel full. All in all nice hotel but wouldn't return due to area been German which we weren't told about

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit

Nice family rest

What an amazing stay at the RIU Concordia. Staff are so lovely, from room staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception. The food in the restaurant is superb. So fresh, hot and the best choice. Drinks at the bar had plenty of choice, cocktails made fresh which were amazing and reasonably priced.

Freundlicher und kompetente Beratung der Rezeption. Sauberes Zimmer. Durchdachte Aufteilung des Bades. Gute Lärmdämmung der Fenster. Zimmergänge eher etwas ringhörig. Habe diese Hotelkette nicht gekannt. Werde sie aber gerne weiterempfehlen.

Property was really nice. Area has a sports bar which is quite noisy during football matches. There is little soundproofing between room and doors so ear plugs a must. Everyone comes in at all hours. I was disappointed that the balcony was overtop the building below so it ended up being a terrace tunnel which wasn’t usable. Hotel doesn’t respond to Expedia messages. Half board was quite good and easy to get to Palma and Airport as the bus stops right outside.

Greate Brekfast and dinner, varied dishes every day! Very clean in the hotel room. Very kind personal.

I love to stay in this Hotel, and what I liked most was the friendliness of all the Hotel's employees. Made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. The only downside, as I was on a business trip, was that the breakfast didn't open early. If it started at least at 7:30 am, it would be a good time. So I needed to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Spotless hotel with high standards , 5 mins walk to beach and great bus routes to Palma , bus stop next door to hotel

Loved our time at this hotel it was out of season so perfect & not busy at all, every one of the staff here were lovely and very helpful nothing too much trouble for them

Our original booking could not be honoured at the hotel so they sent us to their sister hotel up the road. This was an upgrade so we're very happy. Clean. Efficient. Good food for an all inclusive. Highly recommended.

You really feel looked after , the staff hotel made your stay very pleasant The reception were amazing , made me feel very welcome, they couldn’t help me enough A big thank you for a lady called Piedad Also with this pandemic you feel the hotel is trying to protect you, by having, lost son sanitizer gel everywhere, like outside the lift and inside , No my first visit to a riu hotel and won’t be the last

Overall was good, but the quality of the soap and towels are poor, they should change those.
