Perfect holiday

We traveled from USA, so our perspective might be a little different. we are comparing it to Carribian. Overall property was clean, staff was helpful and courteous. For this being an all-inclusive resort, it didn't meet our expectations from a value standpoint. Beach - beautiful public beach, excellent location. towards the end of the week, the beach was noticeably dirty (plastic trash, which is a shame). this is something property can not control. entertainment - they had nightly events, and various activities planned throughout the day. The best one was the magic show. rest was okay. Food and Drinks - this is where we were very much disappointed. there was only really one restaurant that served buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. some changes and rotations but we got pretty bored after three days. Also, my wife got an upset stomach from eating oysters. also no food after 10 PM Quality of the Place. - this was another disappointment. we had reserved Superior Beach Bungalow. Was a bit of a shock to see one rectangular room with minimal Ikea-type furniture. there was no real privacy in the bathroom, a glass door for the shower, and a toilet with a sink in the bedroom. you wake up the whole room by going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. to top that off, with no proper drawers to put your stuff away, they also charged additional money to use the room safe. I have never seen that in any other property ever, let alone an all-inclusive.

Great new resort. The property was extremely clean and the staff were all super nice. All I wished for was for more variety of food at the resort and maybe more activities at night.

Remote location with own beach. Quiet, peaceful and not touristy.

I loved the fact that the accommodation was small apartments of 3 attached together and dotted about, so we didn't feel like they'd squashed as many people in as possible. It was a bit of a trek for us to walk back to our room as it was probably one of the furthest away from the reception/pool area but we'd just make sure we had everything we needed for the day so we didn't need to go back and forth. The staff were brilliant, the aqua zumba and aerobics classes were fun to partake in, evening entertainment was definitely above average! Food was standard for an all inclusive European holiday, we found the options at tea time were better than lunch. Going in July I expected the sunbeds around the pool to be taken up very quickly but that was not the case so we ended up with the entire pool to ourselves until about 10.30-11am(ish) before all of the children turned up. Overall I had a lovely time and would recommend for a little break away of up to a week.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. Food plentiful but little choice for vegetarians and even less for vegans.

A few big let downs of this hotel. These my top 3 1. No Air con in a room with no proper ventilation. The room had 1 small window in the toilet. The front door was a sliding glass door. 2. Only 1 pool in a very big hotel so the pool area got very crowded very quickly. Considering how big the hotel was, you would of expected more than 1 swimming pool. 3. The snack bar had very limited stuff items to eat However the staff was very friendly and the hotel was kept quiet clean throughout. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was pleasent although we found ourselves looking for somewhere to sit if we went to dinner alittle later with tables reserved throughout the evening and no one using the space. If you choose this hotel would suggest not staying to many days

The place, staffs, environment. The hotel was a good hotel and how guest were taken care of was very pleasant and in a professional manner and the food was great will love to visit the hotel again

If you arrive with zero expectations, you may be pleasantly surprised. However if you arrive with reasonable expectations (comfy bed, insect free room, warm shower) you will be VERY disappointed. Rooms are old, woke up every night to have spiders and insects in my room - beds are similar to camp beds and the showers don’t work. Oh and rooms are damp and musty. But the hotel is on the most beautiful beach.

Its a 3 star hotel and if your expecting more, you need to book a different hotel. The hotel is kept clean which is the main thing, it doesn't claim to be more than it is. The food is good and for what you paid for the hotel you will be happy, there is more than enough to keep everyone happy. I

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and very helpful, entertainment team are outstanding- all work so very hard to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Broken shower ,broken sink ,door did not lock and was charged to use a safe even though the room was not Sucre.double bed was actually to single beds pushed together that you feel threw ,was promised kettle and brew facilities in room on day of arrival (it never turned up) . most toilets on site blocked or broken.most drinks machines on site was broken or turned off. The luggage room windows was broken and just plastic bagged over .Not a lot to do onsite and entertainment was same stuff every day.only good thing about the site is how clean your room is .

Hotel and grounds are very well kept. Staff are excellent Very good food.

Fab and friendly place lots of choice for food staff were fantastic entertainment good outside balcony overlooking beach from the restaurant is fantastic would recommend this as a place to visit

stayed for the forth time in 5 years. lovely hotel. not too busy but lively enough. food very nice and plenty of choice. service excellent. staff excellent. rooms spacious and cleaned well. reception sorted rooms we asked for and were incredibly helpful. area lovely in a nice little cove but with town walking distance over the cliffs. i love this hotel and will continue to come when i can. it is probably not suited to anyone looking for a party or club scene, but for couples, families or singles looking for a pleasant, holiday, it's great. sea is beautiful, little bungalows are peaceful and safe. above all the staff do everything they can to help and make holiday what you want it to be.

Great place to stay. Terrific staff. Entertainment amazing. Overall impressed with this place.

Nice hotel. Needs AC.

No fridge in room, no internet in room or WiFi as you have to pay for it, one bed had a broken leg and not comfortable to sleep,, I paid more on arrival for hotel not the same as shown on reservation, the room was far from recption and the beach but it was ok to walk, the place is extremely calm, and far from the city and you can't find close shop, but the beach is really nice.
