Was a good location in the heart of Bordeaux. It was close to all the shopping and dining you can think of. The room was quite nice, the bed and room were clean. i’d recommend this stay

Very centrally located with lots of shopping and dining options around. Unfortunately there is a smell as soon as you walk up to the reception. The room was small and the shower (which is not separated by a wall) was dripping and not stoppable.

Superb location hotel we extremely noisey was a little run down but was comfortable staff nice although they tried to charge me for parking. I used my own parking

The hotel and room smelled of sewer gas and rotting garbage. The TV did not work. Some lighting was burnt out. The faucets sprayed sideways. The curtains and walls were dirty. The balcony was littered with cigarette buts. The pillows were old with broken down foam. Needs a complete Reno to update the property especially getting rid of the smelly carpets. Would Not recommend. Definitely not worth the price we paid. :(

Room was noisy, tiles broken in bathroom, too small to walk around the bed and the airconditioning didn’t work. Wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were great and breakfast is fine - the rooms were serviced well - there was a faint unpleasant odour in the bathroom - the location is ideal for sight seeing & restaurants

Lovely stay in Bordeaux. The hotel was really central. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We only had breakfast on the last morning we were there and it was really enjoyable and pretty reasonable. I'd certainly stay again. The only improvement is suggest would be to provide a kettle in the room.

My husband and I loved our stay here, the staff was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. I felt safe with the precautions they were taking. Will definitely come back!

Very central hotel Clean & staff very friendly

The hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of the shopping district and walking distance to many of the the “big” sites and several tram stops. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. You have to leave your key whenever you go out which I don’t really like, but the staff is very friendly and efficient so it’s not a big imposition. Amazingly, this little hotel has an elevator which is not a standard feature in small European hotels. It was a very welcome sight when I arrived with my big suitcase!

Location is amazing, in the middle of everything. Literally steps from some of the best shopping and restaurants in Bordeaux! The staff was very friendly and quick to offer advice on shopping, gyms, restaurants, and transportation. This is my 2nd time staying at this property and I will be back again.

Very helpful staff and central location in Bordeaux

A 3 star hotel, got 1 star for each night we stayed. Paid $150 per night ,no breakfast, and got a spacious but weird room (320), above the very noisy pedestrian street, shower w/o door, tiny toilet w/o ventilation. Upon complaint, we moved the next day to a better one (326) but still overall unsatisfactory. Shabby hotel, take it only if you have no choice! Staff was helpful.

This is a really nice, modern hotel in a beautiful old building. Everything was beyond my expectations but the size. The rooms were slightly cramped but for a place to sleep, wash and rest it was perfect. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone.
