Receptionist was very friendly and checked us in quickly. Room was very clean, the smell of the clean sheets met us. Beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed as a couple but it was two single beds pushed together. Room was clean but dated.

Good hotel very close to the historic centre. But the room was very hot and without a working a/c. Also, if you hope to have a restful night, look elsewhere. We had to leave the window open to try to cool the room and street noise continued until 3am. Noise from within the hotel continued well past this.

The hotel is ideally located from the old city center and castle. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It’s very convenient and affordable. The beds are very hard.

Location was in the old town and we had two days to rest with lots to see very near the hotel.

Bathroom too small , language barrier, otherwise good

Nice people, nice room, but air conditioning didn’t work and my room was like an oven. I could not sleep. Breakfast was meagre a coffee, a juice and a croissant but it only cost 4.70 euros. Everything was lovely, just a shame that the roasting room spoilt the stay

Good location and clean, charming rooms. Right across from the Castillo and close to restaurants and shopping. Customer service was great.

The room I requested, was given to some other person. The person at the front desk was nice, but unable to really solve things. The location was nice, they just have to make sure you get what you paid for! Twin is a twin bed, queen is a queen bed, (2 people). Make sure you call before arriving, you might just have a smoking room if you request a non smoking

Very good premise, with very kind helpful staff and very clean. Wonderful location, it is less than 3 minutes walk to the Castle and the beginning/continuation of the Camino.

I am happy to say that I do not recognise some of the negative comments that I read about this hotel. We were served by the kindest staff, had a good made to order breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, excellent dinners and free parking. The room was adequate, the bathroom very good. My only moan would be that I prefer a duvet over blanket and sheet.

Great location and friendly staff. Beautiful mountain views. Bed was small and uncomfortable, with one long shared pillow.

The hotel is near all the major attractions. Also, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
