Ive been to the other Riu in cancun, including the new one. I would still recommend coming here. I did the private suite with a friend it was perfect.

The property is very big, restaurant's are very good. I was able to enjoy the spa , they did an amazing job. Thank you for everything.

The property is clean, staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The entertainment was great there is always something going on for everyone. Transportation from airport to the hotel and back was a hassle and expensive, you only get transportation if you book with them directly, Expedia didn't offer transportation options.

Staff was very helpful and the property was kept clean. The food was great with a lot of variety.

I like everything about this resort

No adjoining rooms, upgraded and rooms were further away from each other. We were 2 adulta and 4 small kids. They were not accommodating at all. Food was sub-par.

There was not enough benches for me and my family to sit around the pool areas.

Great property with great amenities

The beach was great, I might come back to this hotel just for the beach. A little bit of seaweed, nothing crazy but the water is so clean and clear and warm, just beautiful! The room could be better -the blanket has some questionable stains on it, the ironing board has seen better days (I thought this was supposed to be new-ish hotel?) Everyone is super nice -but this isn't unique to this property

The room swevice staff was rude and did not communicate well.

One of the best-managed all-inclusive resorts. The staff is so quick to respond to any questions or requests. The food is very good and the service is outstanding. They have many activities during the day and shows every night. Great location for families!

Wish I was I still there right now

I like everything food service

First time at a Riu property. Room needed to be updated. Hallways are not air conditioned. Got stuck on elevator. Room Nxt door they kept shouting like someone was in pain. Food was great at all restaurants except the buffet. My key and other patrons key did not work. They had to change batteries out. Another guest was upset and asked to be transferred bc she did not like it there.
