The hotel was being renovated so hard to give an accurate description Parking lot was not paved.

Price was decent. Older and a bit worn down but renovations were happening so hopefully that will change soon. Loud all through the night with people in hallway. Breakfast was adequate but unimpressive. Told an employee about drug paraphernalia in the elevator and it wasn’t cleaned up. Basically if you need a relatively clean, affordable place to sleep with a free breakfast to fill your stomach then this will do. We would consider staying here again if travelling through Chetwynd again.

The building is not new. Despite that, the facilities were well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed, toiletries were new Dove products with mild scents. I was happy as strong scented soaps and shampoos do not appeal to me.

Had a lovely stay at this establishment. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Good location and relatively quiet. The breakfast was just ok. The egg omelets were quite good, but the ran out by 8 am on the second day and I was reduced to machine pancakes which were just tolerable. Coffee and juice were good, but the coffee also ran out and was not replaced before I left.

Only stayed the one night...overall impression of stay is favorable...friendly staff...room was nice.

Clean room! Great staff! Good breakfast, only went till 9 a.m. should be later. Lots of parking. The day we left, they were starting a remodel to become Best Western. Saved an employee possible injury, by suggesting how to more heavy material. It was nice they allowed construction crews to barbecue outside.

The room was nice but the breakfast was not the greatest.

Checked in at 3:30. Entrance and hallway had mud and dirt on the rugs from other clients. They did not remove their boots. Staff said nothing to them. Next morning at 6 am the rugs had not been cleaned. Staff again indifferent. I asked for a pet free room. When I opened the door a big stain was evident. Staff assured we it was a water spill. I got a different room. But again my animal allergies were acting up in the morning. That’s why I checked out early. Last absolutely the last time I will stay there

When our guests left the hotel there was no staff person present. Since they had paid cash for amrnities when they checked in (,they do not have a credit card) they fid not receive their $100 back. What is the plan to have that refunded ,?

There was a hot breakfast with bacon, hasbrowns and omelets which was great! And a nice variety of cold. Super great for the price. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Dusty drawers, ect. Room also had fridge and a freezer which was nice!

Stayed while working in the area. Hotel was clean, friendly and suitable. Good value for price. I appreciated the staff quick response to the youths who were loud and disruptive in the halls. Especially after 10pm.
