It was perfect

Hotel nice and clean, room nice, light dinner - nice salad, but soup cold, no flavor, staff made another bag-o-soup, this one better, breakfast - scramble eggs, ok but not fresh, no bacon, sausage or meat period, potatos not

Staff was extremely helpful.

Good value. Room and front desk staff were good. Breakfast was good but the lady maintaining it was rude. Housekeeping staff also rude. If I'm in the area again, I'd pay a little more for better service somewhere else. If you don't mind that and want to save a few bucks, this place is for you.

Stayed three nights and the breakfast that was advertised was non-existent. When i asked about breakfast i was told no one showed up to get it out. That shouldn't be my problem. This occurred three mornings in a row.

Very pleasantly surprised, the gentleman who checked us in was cordial and inviting. The complementary drinks and breakfast and now dining; puts bigger chains to shame. Pool open 24/7 again unheard of. If ever in the area this is the place to stay.

Staff was great!

It was close to the army base and the staff were wonderful!

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk clerks were amazing and helpful. 10/10 for customer service and cleanliness. Furniture was a little outdated and the hot tub wasn't working but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bedding smelt like bleach but at least I knew it was clean lol.

The place is outdated but the staff were friendly. We only stayed 2 nights (for a wedding) and it served its purpose.

I could not recommend Gateway Studio Suites more highly! We stayed for three days in Sierra Vista to attend my son's graduation at Fort Huachuca. The hotel staff was all so friendly and hard-working. Ice cold cucumber water at check-in, complimentary water/soft drinks, nacho/chip bar with soup and salad at night, nice breakfast in the morning. Jetted hot tub nice and warm and pool nice. Room was spotless - daily cleaning! Our housekeeping lady Velma was incredible! Will definitely stay here if we visit Fort Huachuca again.

Clean rooms, plenty of towels provided. Rooms are quite dated but still comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

All though it was noisy in the early morning due to the cleaning,we loved this place
