Great room with modern decor and new fixtures. Big room and very comfortable. Clean, soundproof doors and windows, best location in front of the beach. Great pools too. The view is amazing. Close to all bars and restaurants.

A beach-front hotel with all rooms facing the seashore. Enormous number of restaurants and stores just next door, a parking garage. Free minibar with water, juices and beer. Very good breakfast included. Free beach beds with umbrellas around the pool. The sandy beach is long and clean. The beach is public, though, and you have to pay 20 Euro/day for the umbrella with two beds, but you may also buy one of your own for 20 Euro in the store nearby, if you don't mind lying on the send (front row!) A lot of night clubs and dance floors at night...

Hotel is fine but the area around it is not good. Booked this for my daughter and her friends and they were not comfortable in the location

It was a great room Except the room had a microwave and a sink, cups but no cutlery or plates nor means of washing the cups Would have been nice to have a glass for wine to sit on the balcony at night We did try and obtain the items required but all the bars were run separately and couldnt get anything

My confirmed and paid hotel stay was cancelled by hotel. Only upon arrival we were told that booking was cancelled. I had 3 flights before this, a total of 23h of travel, and received no support whatsoever to find other hotel. Hotels.com has returned money now, but I hereby demand that Sol Wave pay for our stay 1520€, and that Hotels.com manage this claim with the hotel, as Hotels.com has choosen to establish partnership with wrong and poor quality hotel and should therefore assume responsability. I expect for this claim to be paid to me within October 2023.

Terrible hotel. I was given room with 2 beds and 1 of the beds was totally broken. There was big hole in it and my spine hurted after the night spent in that bed. My wife slept in other bed was ok. After the night I have complained to reception about it and demanded some kind of refund but was given just sorry. That is unacceptable for 4 star hotel and the price I paid almost 130 euros!! Bed is a basic most important thing in hotel room and I payed 130 euros for what? For sleeeping in broken bed?? If I knew I would have chosen hostel instead. Shame on this hotel and the way how they treat the customers. Zero compensation for uncomfortable stay. Dont stay in this hotel. Choose better onea in Mallorca. They dont deserve customers if they dont have basic manners how to refund customers for such a situations.

We stayed here for 3 nights and while the hotel was ok, the area surrounding the hotel was full of primarily souvenir shops and British pub type food at the restaurants. The room was fine - nice view of the beach.

Rooms are spacious with lovely sea view The place is always very clean Location is perfect Staff are really friendly , very helpful and hard working . Breakfast is amazing , dinner is nice but can be a bit better . Area around enterance doesn't match what is inside the hotel , but not a big deal. Really enjoyed my stay and will comw again for sure God willing .

Very good stay and clean hotel. Was very quiet for obvious reasons but all the staff were very friendly. Only gripe is €55 for a Bali bed. These are not even reduced for paying customers.

Great Location, on the beach, close to all kind of restaurants and shopping stores

Property had two lifts which was belong to second world war, very old, was making bad noise and capacity for two persons only. There was always bad smell in bathroom but hotel staffs and location was great

Great hotel in the centre of Magaluf

Enjoyed the views, pool and beach. The hotel had a very nice restaurant attached to it which made it easy for dinner. Did not enjoy that the hotel did not have ice machines for guests. Paid for the ocean view front house, but got the side view. King bed consisted of two UNCOMFORTABLE double beds pushed together.

Given the price, it was a great stay! Clean, good pool, great location!!

I liked the closeness of the hotel to the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. I really liked the view from my room with frontal sea view I did not like the fact that the wave machine was not working and sometimes it was noisy at night due to young people(probably drunk) partying in the nearby clubs on the strip.(this is not a fault of the hotel however)

The hotel itself was pretty clean and basic, queues to check in and check out, for the price I would have expected a little more overall. Good location though and great pool etc.
