Cozy and nice for family, best beach we have seen in Croatia, convenience store nearby which is very useful. Nice aquazone for kids.

It was ok, not very central, in the middle of nowhere. Pur room seems to have been vacant for years... With dust and bugs around. But for one night it was ok. For more than that I'd choose somewhere more comfortable. Also upon check-out the reception charged us some taxes that we have no idea. Anyway, overall ok.

We had to take Bungalov instead of our booked Mobile home, as guests before us didn´t leave and prolonged their stay by one night. All premises were booked, so that´s why we were offered bungalov. It was a bit complicated to move again next day, lots of baggage and two kids, but at the end it was OK. We got 10% discount on our entire stay. Mobile home was a bit hot as there is only one AC in the main room and two bedrooms need to have open doors to cool it down. Squeezing door were probably the only issue we had. We had great stay, service was kind and replied to all our requests and the sea and beach is amazing. Perfectly suits for family with young kids (our kids are 1,5 and 3,5 yo).

Although this place is also a campground, the mobile home we were upgraded to was very nice with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is quiet here, beautiful surroundings, and a helpful staff

What an awful place, I have never stayed anywhere so dirty, unfriendly and run down in my life. They first got our booking wrong, we wanted an apartment, they gave us a holiday home. We asked to be swapped, they said no. The fridge and freezer didn't work so we went back and spoke to them, they said they would send someone to fix it, they didn't, all our food went off. They advertise free wifi in the accommodation, that is wrong, it's only available if you crowd around reception with everyone else trying to get a signal. When we complained, they basically said tough luck. There is no fixed parking, people park where ever. There is no grass on the site, just weeds, the weeds between the broken slabs in the path leading to our front door were up to a foot long. Disgusting. The accommodation itself, I wouldn't keep chickens in it. Hairs everywhere, nothing had been cleaned, you can't even walk around the beds, it's way too small. I have never tried to sleep in anything as uncomfy in my life, I would have had a better nights sleep sleeping in the car. One evening, a man tried to get in our accommodation and panicked when he saw us in there, really not a safe place to be, we locked all our stuff in the car. Do not stay here, it is the most disgusting place you will ever stay. Shocked that they are still trading.

It was okay, but the manufactured homes are crowded into tight spaces so they could get as many as possible in the area. not at all as shown on their website. the surrounding weeds and landscape could be better maintained. The home itself was comfortable, clean and as advertised, but i would not stay here again. Much too crowded

Very clean and tidy accommodation, restuarant conveniently located next door to main complex with a good variety of food available. We were there at the end of the season so the usual beach bars and cafes were all closed. Either direction from the resort brings you to a variety of towns and villages either by bus or own transport and by foot is only an hour to Lovran. Staff spoke good English and were friendly. This resort has a high percentage of German, Dutch, Slovenian & Croatian guests due to its convenient location in the North of the country. The beach is pebbles but not an issue for us. We would return here if coming back to this part of Croatia.

Alles bezieht sich auf Excelsior in Lovran, da das Haus in Medveja geschlossen war: Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Überhaupt ist das Haus hervorragend geführt, sehr anständiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Leuke camping aan zee door een weg gescheiden, accommodatie ( hadden een 2 pers kamer) netjes en schoon. Met de bus naar stadje Lovran , stop voor de camping. Prima plek voor paar dagen.

Die Mobilhomes sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat sich allerhand Getier darin aufgehalten, war aber grundsätzlich sauber. Die Lage ist sehr nett, da der Strand, welchen man über die Straße erreicht, sehr nah liegt und auch sehr schön ist. Es gibt einige Strandbars, deren Preise ganz ok sind. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist in Ordnung, aber überteuert. Ein Aperol für 8,10 Euro ist eindeutig für dieses Ambiente zu teuer. Den Kindern hat es gefallen, da es ein Abenteuer war.

La casa mobile premium era ottima. Ben tenuta e pulita. Mancavano solo alcune posate e alcuni piatti. Purtroppo la posizione era infelici: a 4 metri dai WC del campeggio. La pulizia generale non era il massimo. Check in era alle 14 L, mi sono presentato alle 14.20 e mi hanno detto che la casa mobile non era pronta e di ripresentarmi alle 15!!! Avrebbero potuto farci accomodare al bar della spiaggia e offrirci un drink …. La spiaggia di fronte al camping è stupenda e pulita

Buona posizione in mezzo al verde ma la camera era veramente piccola (ci si muove a stento) e mal insonorizzata. Personale alla reception poco professionale. Buona colazione. Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per una sistemazione del genere.

Die Unterkunft erfüllt die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse für einen schönen Urlaub zu gutem Geld. Zimmer sind groß genug, Betten halbwegs bequem. Die Ausstattung ist ca. 10 Jahre alt, das merkt man hier und da auch, aber nichts schlimmes. Der eigene Grill draußen ist super, für uns lag auch Grillholz bereit. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist in Ordnung, die Messer sind ziemlich stumpf. Das Bad ist klein, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck. Geputzt wurde teilweise nur oberflächlich, hier und da lagen noch Haare oder Fussel auf dem Boden. Die Klima sah in die Jahre gekommen aus. Nicht luxuriös, aber ich denke das sollte man auch nicht erwarten. Der Strand ist super, dass Wasser ist extrem sauber. Der kleine Konzum nebenan hat die grundlegendsten Dinge. Die Lage ist toll, wir sind mit dem Auto an der Küste entlang in verschiedene Städte und konnten dabei einen wunderschönen Ausblick genießen. Insgesamt kommt hier jeder, der sich mit den grundlegenden Sachen zufrieden geben kann, auf seine Kosten.
