La gestion de notre réservation était problématique. Ils ont du reprogrammé deux fois notre carte d'accès à la chambre et nous ont facturé un montant imposant en trop (leur erreur). J'ai du attendre un bout avant de me faire rembourser. Je recommande l'hôtel, mais avec prudence quant aux réservations.

Beautiful resort, l’ll back there

La chambre était propre, les piscines aussi, les gens sont gentille et serviable. Toutefois, de payer pour les activités, ne m'ont pas plus et les pris sont déraisonables. J'ai déjà séjouner à entourage sur le Lac au lac Beauport, toute les activités, cayack, paddle bord, etc étaient inclus. j'ai apprécié mon séjour, mais je n'y retournerai pas juste pour cela.

Tout était merveilleux ! Honnêtement c’est vraiment une belle place et nous allons certainement y retourner ! Nous avons eu 2 belles journées ensoleillées alors nous avons pu profiter pleinement des piscines/spa et bien sûr le lac ! Le foyer dans la chambre wowwwww même avec une journée au dessus de 30 degrés c’est agréable de le partir en fin de soirée quand on revient mouillé de la piscine.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The location by the lake is incredibly beautiful, especially in the evening when the jacuzzis light up and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The poolside lunches were excellent, delicious, and beautifully served. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. We truly enjoyed everything and would love to come back.

I would have to give this a 5/10 review. Biggest problem is the housekeeping (no cleaning done, no toilet paper, no refill of coffee pods). Hot tubs have a strange unpleasant odour and look like repair is needed, no jets that work properly either. The location is nice! But some things have to be done to make this a 4 or 5 * hotel.

Suite pour les enfants ; enfants devaient coucher sur un sofa avec des tâches de moississure on ne considère pas comme cela comme un 2ieme lit. Site ayant besoin de rafraichissement notamment peinture des balcons. Massage qui ne vaut pas le prix demande.

We booked a room overlooking the lake and immediately asked for another room because there was an overwhelming smell of something leaking or chemicals. We unfortunately did not get another room with the lake view, but the staff was very helpful and site had its perks. Food at the restaurant was amazing! The beds were very comfortable, but didn’t appreciate all the loud cars and motorcycles doing top speed in front of the hotel after midnight. That was the major disadvantage of being on the street side. Would definitely go back, only if I could guarantee that I got a lake side with no toxic smell.
