I recommend that everyone should not choose this hotel to stay. The hotel is extremely busy. It's worse than a chicken coop. The room is moldy, the bathroom is dirty, there is no air conditioning... The price is exorbitant for the holiday... It's a terrible experience.

Hotel location is near the center but the room is leaky.

Khách sạn khá cũ lại không sạch sẽ

Very nice and supportive receptionist. Very good location. But the hotel was too dirty. The room was too dark, old with stuck sink and lots of misquotes.

Khách sạn ổn, gần trung tâm Sài Gòn, thái độ phục vụ tốt, nhân viên phục vụ cả ngày. Có một lần khách sạn mất nước thì được cấp nước lại trong thời gian ngắn. Khách sạn nên bổ sung tủ lạnh cho phòng Standard vì tôi thấy hầu như tất cả các khách sạn tầm giá 300k - 500k ở quận 1 đều có tủ lạnh!

mình đã ghi chú là cần quạt do mẹ mình bị xoang mà khách sạn không hỗ trợ được cũng không gọi hay liên hệ để mình huy phòng luôn phòng thì vừa nhỏ vừa ẩm dịch vụ quá kém the room is tiny and cramped without any air holes so the air quality in this room is super bad

Phòng ở gần chợ Bến Thành và các địa điểm du lịch, khá tiện để đi lại. Tuy nhiên để ở lâu dài thì hơi bất tiện vì phòng có mùi thuốc lá và không có nước ấm cũng như máy sấy tóc.

Too bad. The room I booked, I let guests in and got off the plane and was tired and sleepy but had to wait for the room. Got the room and went to take a shower halfway, but found that there was no shampoo and shower gel.

Lần đầu mình vào Sài Gòn mọi thứ đều bỡ ngỡ nhưng bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Phòng ổn và giá cả cũng bình dân. Thích nhất khoản khách sạn nằm mặt đường lớn nên bắt xe đi lại tiện, ngại nhất khách sạn trong hẻm.

tệ! phòng không nước nóng! mọi thứ quá cũ kỹ! tiếc cho khách sạn ở 1 vị trí quá đẹp!

Phòng đã cũ nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi (có máy sấy, nước nóng) tivi hư chỉ để trang trí nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình không có chỗ gửi xe, chỉ để trước vỉ hè phòng giá cả hợp lý cho việc nghỉ ngơi không có yêu cầu cao cấp.

Stay 2 days with standard type rooms for transit needs and goods location. Strategic location, because it is located in an area with lots of tourists, culinary, snacks, coffee shops, shops on the streets around the hotel too, opposite there is a big park, close to various main attractions/recreation areas. The service is okay (only dealing when checking in and checking out, the rest just stay and hang out, the attitude of the receptionist is friendly). For facilities, there are several main advantages and disadvantages, the rest is relative (fine). Pros: - The equipment in the room is quite complete. (AC, refrigerator, basket, TV, electric kettle, hairdryer, table, chair, cupboard, toiletries, smoke detector, etc.) - public facilities (lift, public toilet, lobby with travel if you want to consult about touring) - lots of hangers (wall hanging or clothes). Disadvantages: - The room has a lot of power plugs, but maybe because of the default charger from Indo so when you want to charge it is difficult to get the electricity, how many times it takes a long time to charge, it turns out that the electricity doesn't even come in for a long time, the schedule is a bit chaotic because the cellphone doesn't charge. (Perhaps it can be input for the hotel to carry out routine maintenance of the plugs, for guests to pay attention often when charging or can bring a converter). Some of the points brought are not major (can be conditioned) but it would be nice to be optimized: - 24 hour running toilet flush cannot be turned off, so it is a bit noisy, needs to be repaired. - hot shower water does not flow. - no sleep light.
