This is a perfect option for a short business trip, I've stayed here, I guess around 5-6 times and everytime is the perfect quality-price choice.

This hotel is well kept and maintained. They recently did a renovation to a lot of the hallways and rooms. When I stay here I always get one of the rooms with a king bed and a sauna. Can't beat having your own private sauna when you feel like getting up and sweating it out in the middle of the night. Great for after a night of drinking also LOL the hotel is centrally located, a reasonable walking distance either to the Zocalo or the angel of independence. Right off Avenida reforma. Well worth the money.

The hotel staff were generally friendly (before I check out), and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. However, my experience on the second and last day was disappointing. My laptop in the room has a crack on the display after I returned from my day trip. Also after checking out, I returned later to pick up my luggage before heading to the airport. At that time, I asked to use the washroom but was told I couldn’t. The unfriendly communication on the last day left a negative impression and lowered my overall experience.

The staff were friendly and ver pleasant. The breakfast is a good price and very delicious. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. There was no view from my room, all I could see were pipes and the building next to us, but I’m not sure about the others. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back.

The property was well-kept and the staff was friendly. Front desk service is available 24/7, which was convenient. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the city center. Breakfast cost 190 pesos, and I found it to be worth the price.

Espacioso, muy cómoda la cama, aire acondicionado, área alrededor es segura y muchos restaurantes y comercios, el cuarto no tiene aislamiento de ruido o "a prueba de ruido" como lo indica el hotel, pero aún así es tranquilo.

One of the best in the area closest to the best restaurants in the Angel Area! I’ll recommend this one 🙂🙂

Bedbugs on beds, very rude reception, cleaning people, and just the whole staff overall.

El Hotel, esta muy bien ubicado para visitar la Ciudad de México, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, muy limpias, el baño es de buen tamaño y bien equipado, el staff es muy amable, definitivamente, será nuestro hotel para visitar la Ciudad de México

It is equivalent of a 3-star hotel in the USA, but it was safe, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and tasty. The location was great for walkability.

The room was big and clean

Nice hotel. Great staff and location. Near all top bars and reataurants. Breakfast buffet was quite nice.

The shower was covered with mold. The air conditioning stank. Various terrible repair jobs done to the room. Dirty cover on the bed. They offered another room and the next one was exactly the same. No refund offered. Still waiting for Expedia to respond to fix this

Me hospede por nueve días,es un área que todo está cerca además fácil de transportarte de un lugar a otro ya sea en el autobús o el metro,pero lo que me gustaría destacar es que el último día use el servicio que ellos ofrecen para llevar al aeropuerto cuando pase inspección me percaté que abia olvidado mi celular en el carro 🚗 rápido llame al hotel y me atendieron el y el chico regresó a entregarme mi celular el cual estoy completamente agradecido no pregunte por su nombre pero recuerdo que traía una minivan Toyota creo que gris no estoy seguro 🤔 por favor denle mis más sinceras gracias por su ayuda,definitivamente si regreso a CDMX me gustaría quedarme nuevamente con ustedes 🙏

Water in the bathtub is really dirty, it turns in to mud once the water drains. Other than that is good

Its very convenient and close to main icon places in downtown Mexico City. It was safe and quiet at night for a Sunday.
