Great hotel

Séjour agréable en famille, hôtel excellent, la nourriture proposée est de qualité, les animations excellentes. Les piscines sont propres. Adapté pour une famille ayant des enfants. On ne s'ennuie pas!

Staff is excellent with all the requests. Great for kids. The only thing, all entertainment is in Spanish. Very nice breakfast. Dinner is not

Very clean and well kept hotel, coco bar outside by outdoor restaurant, was very good service for drinks etc

Hôtel bien positionné proche de tout, gros bémol pour se garer et l'hôtel propose des places à 22€/jour! Beaucoup trop cher et en plus, l'hôtel a très peu de places. Le personnel est top, le ménage des chambres est correct mais pas nettoyé à fond. Les oreillers sont trop petits, les rangements des chambres pour 4 pas assez nombreux, les gels douche à disposition sont des unidoses et on en a seulement 4 par jour !! et la sdb mériterait un bon coup de rénovation. Pas de bouilloire avec dosettes de thé et café dans les chambres malgré le fait que ce soit un 3 étoiles La restauration est bien sauf qu'il manque de choix pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande. Difficile la plupart du temps d'avoir des transats autour des piscines. L'espace aquatique est bien et les animations variées.

Hotel was very good with a great choice of food and lovely facilities. Hotel room was cleaned and beds dressed daily . Looking forward to returning again soon

Lovely hotel.. loads of fun activities for the kids to enjoy and walking distance to the main shops and beach area of Salou . Poos fairly packed everyday but plenty of sun loungers

Las instalaciones buenas pero la atención un poco deficiente y la comida deficiente total poca variedad siempre repiten lo mismo así que por las instalaciones en lo que se refiere a piscinas y habitaciones espectaculares pero sin aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y sin wifi en las habitaciones muy mal mi satisfacción poco recomendable

Great hotel and very friendly helpful staff , great eating facility’s , only downside is the hotel is huge and the pools probably aren’t big enough for the amount of people staying and never spare Lounger in peak season although plenty of seating .

Didn’t like the check in , also full board only allows water or juice only at meal times you can not have water any other time unless you pay also no pool towels are provided
