Very very small room but very comfortable

Lovely people and value for money

The hotel feels more like a youth hostel. For the price this is not acceptable. The room was tiny and nothing like advertised pictures, the bathroom was horrible and would benefit from an update, towels felt ancient and cheap. Everything about the hotel just feels cheap, apart from the price!!

The room was a lot smaller than it appeared on the advertised photos. The shower cubicle was very dirty with mouldy grout, and the toilet seat was broken. The double bed was nothing more than a put-up-bed and very uncomfortable. The heat in the room was unbearable, we even had to ask at reception to turn one of the heaters off, but the room was still very hot. Unfortunately the pool didn't offer the same heat, in fact it was to cold to be comfortable to swim never mind sit in the jacuzzi. Very unpleasant having cold water bubbling around you! The pool was also a lot smaller than it look on the photos. Unfortunately this hotel was over priced for the room and the facilities it offered.

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est assez ancien mais les chambres ont été rénové et sont surtout extrêmement propres. L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et diversifié (sucré et salé). Très bonne expérience

Hôtel rétro mais propre et tenu par des gens professionnels où rien ne manque surtout au petit déjeuner qui etait donc garni avec des produits de qualité Pour la chambre la literie etait très bonne et du bon linge La douche est bien sur rétro egalement mais fonctionnel Nous y retournerons sans problème Séjour avec 2 jeunes enfants

Chambre famille pour juste de passage sinon pas adaptée à un long séjours en tous cas en hier. Super bien placée et un personnel accueillant.

Séjour de 8 jours cet été. Bon emplacement, personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Seul bémol : il a fait très chaud, et pas de ventilateur.

La chambre est agréable, propre , elle sent bon , la salle de bain et les toilettes sont très propres, nous avions une chambre sur la rue très passante, et bien nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit , même la nuit! Le lit était confortable, et se mettre dedans était d'une légèreté absolue, les serviettes de toilettes étaient correctes, le petit savon et le gel douche étaient posé sur la tablette , avec les verres a dent, de la moquette au sol , un peu usée mais passante,bref Nous avons passé une agréable nuit dans cet hôtel, je recommande vivement,

Très bon hôtel. Bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu bruyant mais pas trop gênant.

Relais étape dans notre boucle du Sancy. Simple et confortable.

Bon séjour accueil sympathique établissement trespropre

À part une odeur bizarre en arrivant sinon l’hôtel est très bien. Chambre belle moderne tout bien équipé et très propre. Le personnel très gentil et accueillant Je recommande

Agréable hotel, bien accueillie, -suis arrivée tard- , très bien tenu, bon petit dejeuner. Je reviendrai là si je retourne à la Bourboule.
