For a quick stopover, it is a fine spot. The AC in the room is fine, the bed is relatively comfortable, and the kitchenette is good to have, which has a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, some plates and bowls, utensils, and dish soap. It is easy to park as the spot is right outside the unit.
However, there are quite a few noticeable issues. The reception is rarely staffed (maybe because it is between Christmas and New Year) so good luck if you have any questions or need any help. The bed rolls and you can't lock it in place. The bedsheet had a literal hole. The walls around the kitchennette had stains that either resembled either blood or tomato sauce. The shower doesn't have the best water pressure and isn't the warmest. The room also lacked outlets so we ended up charging our phone by the kitchennette.
