Small room. Sparse. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. No one was there, front door locked until after 4:00pm. Note on door sent us to a restaurant where they were no help, just wanted us to eat! Way too many other-seemingly nicer-hotels in the area….skip this one!!

We received an apartment with 2 big beds on an upper floor. One bathroom but still very nice for one night. Staff very friendly

This hotel is very basic. There is a bed and a nightstand in the room but that's it. No decorations or anything. The room is also small and dark. The headboard was loose onour bed so it smacked into the wall every time someone moved, which was annoying but we only stayed one night, so it wasnt a big deal. Also, there doesn’t appear to be any parking onsite as advertised. We paid 20 euro for outdoor parking for one night... Also, i don't recommend paying 10euro for their breakfast. It looked unappetizing and there was a tea room across the street had better options for half the price

Nice pleasant and very centrally located. In an area with restaurants, cafes and bars. It was a bit noisy but nothing that bothered me. If you are a light sleeper or have difficulties falling a sleep with noise around you I would not recommend the hotel for Friday or Saturday. I did enjoy my stay and would star there again.

Great location and check-in guy was friendly enough. The whole place needs a full refurb as its rather shabby around the edges, the wardrobe/shelves were very dusty and the walls are thin.

Our key didn't work properly and we had to sleep with our door open on our last night. There was very little available at breakfast on our second morning and we therefore didn't use the facility again.

Friendly staff ... moved our room so my mother didn’t have too many flights of stairs to walk up. Dated but clean.

Toilet flush wasn't working. Bathroom tap wasn't working either.

This is a very small, not very fancy, hotel right in the heart of Fontainebleau. I was there for a class reunion and all the well-known hotels were sold out. This hotel is an easy walk to the chateau and to my school. Being alone, I took a single room. It was tiny, but clean. Honestly, it was fine for the price. I really only used the room to sleep in so I didn't mind, but the room was very small. That said, the Internet worked!

The proprietor of the hotel is a rude and angry man. From the time I arrived until the minute I left the property, he communicated with my by yelling. When my room wasn't ready (I arrived early), I left to get lunch. When I returned, he asked me for my room number. As I hadn't yet checked in, I said I didn't know the number. He screamed at me that I better remember it next time. I politely explained that I hadn't checked in yet. Didn't he remember me? I had spoken to him no less than 45 minutes prior, and I was the only guest checking in at the time. When I asked for help taking my luggage up three flights of narrow stairs, he shouted at he to get out of the lobby and take my own luggage up stairs. The next morning, he yelled at me for sitting at a two-person table when I was just one person. I tried to explain that I needed to work on my computer, but he insisted on moving me to a smaller table. I will never patronize this establishment again. I hope you won't either.

Accueil agréable, hôtel en transformation. Un peu bruyant en raison des rues avoisinantes très vivantes !

L'hôtel a changé récemment de propriétaire et des rénovations sont en cours, donc les avis anciens ne sont plus pertinents. Hôtel très bien situé, idéal pour le shopping et la visite du château. De notre chambre située à l'angle du bâtiment et au 3ème étage, nous avions une vue directe sur le centre ville (de la chambre) et sur une entrée du parc du château de Fontainebleu (de la salle de bain). La chambre ne ressemble plus au photo (car rénovée) et donc bien plus jolie. Une clim. mobile avait été installée; le petit frigidaire peut être ouvert sur demande. Nous n'avons donc pas souffert de la forte chaleur. Concernant le bruit (émanant de la place), le double vitrage est très efficace. Un grand merci à Anthony pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Bonjour, excellent accueil de la part du gérant qui a été très généreux en me cédant pour la nuit sa place de parking. Tous les services sont tout à fait correct, et la qualité de l'accueil est vraiment un grand plus. Merci

L'hotel à été entièrement refait, et c'est à la fois très propre et confortable. Le rapport qualité prix est donc excellent.

Personnel très courtois et disponible pour aider. Chambre refaite et propre mais sans charme. Confort moyen et mauvaise isolation sonore. Wifi au débit.

PAS DE CHAUFFAGE pour une température intérieure dans la chambre estimée à 16 degrés ! 2 couvertures supplémentaire et une promesse d’un chauffage électrique d’appoint à demander ! INACEPTABLE au regard du prix de la chambre. Hôtel à ne fréquenter qu'en été ! Neige et basse température extérieure.
