Everything’s perfect!

We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was the best ever. Rooms are beautiful. Meticulously cleaned each day.

Staff didn’t provide help for our luggage. They didn’t have cart nor person to help.

I was presently surprised by how lovely this hotel was. The breakfast exceeded expectations as I have been to many 5 stars without the breakfast this hotel offers. The room was very big and overlooked the beautiful scenery. We used the spa facilities which were nice I would say they were just a little small, they could also use a pool or jacuzzi. The steam room had a bit of a smell of mould though.

Overall this was a fine hotel -- but the one amenity they have - the sauna - they charge you for. Not sure it justified the price of the stay

What an amazing hotel! I loved almost everything, the staff were nice, the room was unbelievable, the parking facilities amazing, the breakfast options were great. The only downside was the Wifi was terrible; I don't know if it is something throughout the building, or just the room I was in. Other than that, this place was perfect. No hesitation in booking again.

It's very nice and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms were very nice. Parking is awesome and breakfast was sood. There was huge closets in the rooms so for example I could've packed all clothes I own and fit them in perfectly. But there is no air conditioning during summer so we had +27C rooms which was quite frustrating. But I suppose the season for this hotel is winter when you can just open the window if your face starts to melt.

Breakfast was ok, of course due to COVID the buffet breakfast was not available which is understandable. So breakfast was offered individually which was ok but not as good as a buffet.

Attentive staff and good location. Room was rather bare though: no rug or comfy chairs.

I thought the hotel was very nice and fit the description offered on Expedia and the hotel's website. However, I was not offered the same amenities such as parking because I had booked through Expedia. When I use your website I expect the same experience and not to be treated as a different type of guest in the hotel.

Perfect location just a stone throw from Bormio ski elevator.

Hotel was decorated in a modern touch and very clean and well appointed. Restaurant was also very good. Staff was very responsive. Only minor complaint is the size of the parking spots on the indoor garage are very tight

Bormio is spectacularly beautiful. Nestled into the alps and Eden was the perfect place to relax and eat delicious food after a ski day
