Very attentive to details, had beach towels in the room for the pool, very large ice bucket which could be used for a bottle of champagne, exercise mat and exercise bands in the room, good location, quiet, and breakfast comes with room.

What a fun lobby....couch, fireplace, games, books, chess, pacman......

On top of all the nice location, nice room, filtered water available and also free bike to use.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Hailey. People at the front desk super friendly & helpful. It has very unique atmosphere obviously carrying about their customers. We are immediately feel ourselwes there like the members of hotel's family. Thier rooms very spacious. The beds comfortable. We found a new decoration in the rooms. It is a bright pillowcases with charming night motive. They have new, bigger refrigerator & some of new furniture. The hotel administration carries about customers' health. The rooms have yoga mats, description of exercises, fully equipped Fitness room, bikes for rent. Small, but very comfortable inner swimming poll opens 7am-11pm! The hotel have a nice breakfast place, variety of juices, sweets. Full breakfast is serving & it is always tasty. They cook some of the food just in the next room. The location is very convenient with several stores& restaurants around. There is enough parking places. We are always looking forward to book this hotel when we are planning trip to SV area.

This hotel was a really nice place to stay. The staff was really friendly and informative. the breakfast was great - with cafeteria style service instead of self serve. The rooms were really clean. The location is convenient to a number of restaurants. Hailey is a really great place to be instead of Sun Valley or places north. I would definitely stay here again

Clean, bright rooms. Great staff. Amazing breakfast.

2nd time here. Last time, everything was ok. This time everything seemed ok until we got to the room and it was an occupied room! Went downstairs and got a different room. No apology was given. Tub had slow water drain.

Staff were friendly and room very large. My only complaint would be the bed, very firm with lack of quality linens. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming.

Front desk service was well beyond my expectations. Friendliness, knowledge of available features in the area.

I thought it too expensive for a one night stay

I first have to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, about 7 months ago and had a five star experience. This time there was a very strong smell in our room of B.O…. I asked to be moved to another room and was moved to one close to my previous room. Upon entering the second room I noticed the same bad Oder but just decided to deal with it. All of that said their customer service is amazing and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Not sure about the smell but everything else is great.

Soaking in the hot tub to our peaceful quiet sleep, made the night in our stay very pleasant. Thank you for your wonderful place!

Great bed, great shower, great pillows. Do not like ROKU TV. Lost the internet and had to go through a process to get it up and running again (I didn't bother the front desk). Good breakfast. I will be back.

Fantastic! Definitely best, semi-budget-friendly, place to stay in Hailey. Near bus stops and restaurants. Most things are within walking distance. And supermarket around the corner is also great. Staff is very nice, and hotel gym has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed there a bit longer.

Average hotel. Noisy shower head. Thin walls loud floors. Not unbearable.

Good spot. Will stay here again.
