Service of the staff was impeccable. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The night and morning reception staff provided assistance throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would be happy to stay again.

Great location short drive to Airport. Lots of parking and a good location for Uber pickup for tours and restaurants. Short ride to Tiber Square. Large rooms with bottles of water and coffee. Hotel restaurant and coffee shops are very good.

Great location to start Cairo tours. Busy street but relatively quiet.

The hotel was superb in most ways. My only complaint was the food, which was generally quite bland.

Once I arrived to the hotel. they welcomed us with a warm greeting.they went beyond & above their duties thanx to them. They always smile &made us comfortable talking with them always concerned about our stay & comfort thanx to him. thanx to u all thanx again and the last of the best .front desk manager . thanx you for ur excellent service u have provided to us 10/10 we will be back

Every thing is too old u need dully renovation

Perfect place

Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated and our balcony doors did not lock. There is a military training site next door which plays the trumpet too frequently and early in the morning. Service at the restaurant was slow and food was OK. Dining is very affordable.

Triumph Hotel has a friendly, knowledgeable and caring staffs. It's clean and comfort even the room is time to renovate the carpet and the bathroom. These issues didn't bother but to keep the hotel within the 4 stars rating.

Air conditioning heating system not working properly. Chamber mades often too busy monitoring other guests leaving (for tips purpose), therefore I had to ask for the bath to be cleaned after two days of staying & also, at some point, forgotten to leave toilet papers so I had to ask the receptionist to send me some. M

The hotel is sharing the boundary wall with an army college it’s in front of a mosque. At 4:30 starts the early call from the college with trumpets and after the mosque…the rooms have thing glasses! In addition it was almost impossible to book a night transfer to the airport Price is good

Postives - The hotel room was a good size - The staff were really friendly and helpful - Cleanliness to a good standard - Hotel is located near to the airport (15 mins drive) which is helpful - Internet / Wifi was included and reasonably fast - Complimentary drinking water, appreciated. Negatives - Not a lot really, in terms of western standards this is probably a high 3 star hotel with reasonable levels of cleanliness. - It's fairly basic but comfortable.
