This is our first choice hotel when staying for a short break in Las Palmas. The reception area is bright, clean and fresh smelling. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with complementary tea, coffee and sugar. The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay.

Close to the beach. Friendly staff. Good choice of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Valentines Day card and chocolates were a nice touch !!

I loved the rooftop Salarium with its wonderful views of the sea and docks etc and the spa pool.

We gave stayed here on a number of occassions and it never disappoints. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious and onmy a very short walk to Las Canteras. We will definately be back.

Great experience - close to boardwalk, shopping, dining and transportation- a wonderful alternative to big chain accommodations. The front desk team was amazingly helpful! :)

A well located hotel with everything on your doorstep. Room was spacious with good storage. Loved the shower,big mirrors and good make-up mirror and hairdryer. Delighted room had a kettle, cups, glasses and tea/coffee facilities were replenished daily along with bottles of water. Daily maid service and fresh towels provided. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and relaxing on the rooftop solarium which was very peaceful yet you could still see the ocean and beachfront. Would go again and book room with a balcony for outside space. Helpful friendly staff throughout whole holiday.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and many restaurants and shops. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Santa Catalina bus station for airport transfers. The rooms were clean and comfortable but very basic, with no bathroom toiletries provided. The wifi signal was very weak during our stay. Housekeeping was somewhat irregular: some days we received bath towels, other days we did not. The reception staff were efficient but not overly friendly. If you arrive early, the staff will not give you the room before 3 p.m. The breakfast is very limited with no fresh fruit, cheeses, yogurts, or cereal on offer. Also, breakfast is not served in the hotel but instead is served at a nearby restaurant.

Room was too dark, no desk, only 1 chair. Staff was friendly.

Although I found it hard to find the hotel at first that was because my transfer from the airport had dropped me off without clear directions for walking the last bit. The hotel is actually very conveniently situated for the buses and the beach. The road is also not too busy with some cafes and restaurants nearby. My room was very clean and spacious; and was cleaned every day whilst I was there. Other areas of the hotel were also very clean. The room had a kettle and fridge. Overall I was very happy with my stay there.

The rooms were great, the roof top was very nice and the location was fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and beach. The receptionist on the front desk “Saskia”, was very nice and extremely helpful with all our questions. We would definitely recommend Lemon and Soul Las Palmas.

Booked this hotel for a short stay in the city. Never been to Las Palmas before so no idea on location etc. We were delighted with our stay. The hotel is right next to the main beach, Las Cantatas, with its fantastic long promenade to walk along. Lots of restaurants and bars. Bus stop nearby to get around the city. Perfect location.

We could hear the neighbours through the walls.

Really nice rooms, lovely roof top balcony to relax on. Really good location to Las P beach. Not the cheapest but definitely stay again when here.

Perfect location. About 20 yards from the beach and the promenade, with restaurants and cafes. There are some shops in the area. The hotel was super. So comfortable and the room was bright and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here but skip the breakfast next door as it is greatly overpriced and there are plenty of other places

Expensive public parking 13 Euro per day far from the hotel, a few streets away. Not good area, seen a canabis club and a brothel within minutes walk. Leftover bread and food in the room cupboards. Noisy road with buses and garbage truck woke us up.
