Room is good. The receptionist are very helpful. You are able to get the hotel shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport which I was not informed and was not explain in the page as well

Not bad hotel. Its classic Chinese style hotel, nice service, clean, warm welcoming from hotel owner. Free bus to airport every 30 mins!

Friendly service, spacious rooms close to the MRT as well as eating places and supermarkets. There is a replacement to the airport, the breakfast is pretty good. Only if you can improve the taste of the food and menu. Overall quite satisfying

highly recommended, I checked in at 3:00 am and was given check out time until 5 pm. the hotel clerk was friendly although could not speak english
