Like a real village, simulating the space and atmosphere of a village in the North - Central of Vietnam. However, it will be a bit sad because the rooms are far apart, closed doors will be a bit isolated, there are many trees and the lights are a bit dark at night. Buffet breakfast is okay.

The resort has no bellman, guests arriving at the lobby no one to help get their luggage, it took a long time for a female receptionist to come out. The rest of the service from other staff is good. The hotel has a very convenient electric shuttle. Breakfast is quite diverse compared to 4-star standards, but the pho noodles smelled old and not delicious. Vietnamese people can ignore it, but how will foreign guests rate Vietnamese dishes with such quality? It may be sparse but it must be delicious. Sweet and sour ribs have no ribs, all cartilage 😂 it's very deceiving. I don't rate the quality of breakfast highly. The swimming pool has too much chlorine, just enough. The air conditioner in the breakfast restaurant is too hot With the location far from the center, I think I won't come back a second time.

Các bạn nhân viên thì rất oke, nhưng mà cây cỏ ở đây như kiểu lâu ngày không có người chăm sóc nên mọc như cỏ dại vậy, bồn tắm bị hỏng không dùng được, nước ra có màu lạ (màu hơi xanh lá, không biết có phải do ánh đèn không), đồ ăn sáng khá ngon.

Resort rất đẹp. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Đồ ăn rất ngon. Có cả dịch vụ cho thuê áo dài và cổ phục. 10 điểm. Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.

Điểm cộng là không gian chung đẹp, yên tĩnh, yên bình nhưng điểm trừ là các tiện nghi trong phòng không đáng với số tiền bỏ ra: ổ cắm điện lỏng lẻo hầu như không sử dụng đc, mũ cói ẩm mốc, máy sấy yếu. Đồ ăn trong resort mùi vị bình thường. Các dịch vụ khác như Spa không có người trực, liên hệ book lịch không ai nghe máy, không gọi lại khách hàng. Bể bơi nước không được sạch sẽ, resort ít các khu vực giải trí

Nhà tôi có thuê 2 cần câu (80k/h/ cần) xong câu được 1 con trôi. Câu xong, tôi xách con cá vào lễ tân và bị tính phí con cá 150k/kg còn đắt hơn cả tôi mua ngoài chợ. Tôi có bảo đã mất tiền câu mà h còn mất tiền cá, trong khi không báo nhà tôi ngay từ lúc thuê cần. Tôi cũng không đôi co, xong thái độ nhân viên quay ra bữu môi. Qua hành động này tôi đánh giá quá kém.

Khách sạn đang sửa lại bể bơi trong nhà. Bể bơi ngoài trời nhỏ so với quy mô khu resort và cho quá nhiều hoá chất vào làm sạch nước. Bể nước ngoài trời nhớt màu sunfat đồng và nhờ nhờ không nhìn thấy đáy bể.
