Good place to crash for the night on my drive from Merida to CDMX. Room was clean. Check in was quick. Hotel close to good places to eat. And actually quite cheap for the value received. Can’t go wrong with this one. Only suggestion would be to add a mini-fridge.

The ONE is one great value. The staff was friendly and attentive, the bed was soft, the room was clean, and the a/c worked quietly. The neighborhood is nice with good restaurants and an Oxxo store nearby.

Would like conveniences like in room coffee maker and the option of a room with mini refridgerator. They did have decent coffee in the lobby. Staff at front desk was congenial.

Clean, okay internet speed. Had good continental breakfast. No coffee maker in room or refridgerator. Always coffee in lobby. Property and room well maintained. Courteous and attentive staff. Decent restaurant at hotel next door. Mall across the avenue. Recommend.

If you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not the hotel for you. It is very clean, the staff is very cooperative; but, the noise level is high for my liking. You can hear people walking through the corridors, furniture moving in the room next door. Everytime someone closed a door, it startled us (me and my daughter). For the rate, you can't ask for more.

This hotel is located in an area with lot's of choices for food within walking distance. Easy to get downtown and 10 minute walk to the north beach

This hotel is very nice, clean and the staff are all very friendly. We have also stayed in One in Aguascalientes and found the same great service. Breakfast has a good choice of food. May restaurants right outside the hotel. The North beach is 10-15 minute walk. Downtown a littler farther but if you do regular exercise you will be fine.
