The hotel is very plain, very austere, not exactly sneaky clean, but the price is very accesible..

Friendly staff, convenient self parking. Need improvement a/o better variety with their breakfast. Overall I recommend this place.

Check in was good. Room 214 smelled like mould and sewer. 5 tissues in the Kleenex box. Shampoo had no lather. Had to use the whole container for 1 hair wash. Room is very small. Not much value for the amount we paid. Very disappointed.

Good location. Price a bit on the high side for Campeche though.

The breakfast had a good selection. The coffee machine broke down but was fixed in a timely manner.

Nice hotel in a convenient location, easy walk to city centre or to the waterfront promenade. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet did not flush, which was annoying. I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection of juice, eggs etc.

For the price I’d expect a bit more. Breakfast wasn’t great. Very noisy in the room. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable.

Clean, good breakfast, lots of parking, quiet, good bed. Helpful, friendly staff. Recommended. Stayed a second night.

The staff was very friendly and the area was nice. Also it had a good size parking lot. However the rooms were a little dirty, wifi wasn’t working at all, and the bathroom/air conditioning were very loud.

One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived. We had only one towel in each room when the prices were clearly based on double occupancy. We had to request towels 3 times. The towels were stained (not dirty but stained). We had ants in our room. We also had no shower curtain. When they brought the shower curtain up we had to put it in ourselves. They did not keep up with food in the morning, twice we came down to empty bins. Very disappointing.

Is a comfortable hotel, good breakfast and free parking. The only problem is that has no restaurant or amenities but for a short stay is hood. Across the street is a great restaurant and in within 1 blcok a Oxo.

Clean and comfy bedroom. Decent breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Worth for the price.
