All was good so far, only food that's not so tasty.

Breakfast at that day was very delicious.

Never been disappointed when staying here, especially with a partner.

Although the hotel building looks old and worn, it all pays off with the comfort provided. It was truly a pleasant staycation experience. The super spacious room is also affordable. For IDR 500,000, you can get many benefits for IDR 3,000,000 from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant waiter, Azzam, was very impressive and made my heart melt. Swimming in this hotel pool is like swimming in a spring. The water is clear, cool, and doesn't smell of chlorine. Although the pool looks old-fashioned, the shortcomings are outweighed by the many advantages. Close access to shopping centers like BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The receptionist was very friendly and prompt. So far, I love my staycation here. I'll be back next time.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, the staff are all friendly, and it's close to the mall. I've been staying here for a while with my family.

to old need renovations... near to mall... stay in 2 bedroom apart but can't lock bedroom door...

So naive of me to think that the more times I stayed here the better treatment I get. Today I got a reality check when I checked in. Got a room with no fridge only to be told that this is standard when the last 3 visits I did was with a fridge and was told to pay for an upgrade to a room with a fridge. Looks like this is my last stay here. Will come back maybe in 1 year's time when they treat you right like a first-timer there.

big room..clean..close to everywhere...just need a little renovation maybe... replace the glass in the lift...so you can see in the lift...basement parking needs to be added, access to the basement is difficult when it rains, you have to run around to park...

strategic location close to the city center, clean rooms and cold AC, lots of breakfast choices.... highly recommended...

some receptionist not friendly inisial(F) and lack communication/not proper hand over from afternoon shift to night shift. I was hand it my extra room key🗝️ for my nephew to pick up for open the room n lift. but they said no key without check it first. so we get disturb at night. And when I went down to asked whr is my key n the key just Infront of him(he don't give to my nephew n said no key). check in time 2 pm but I got my room ready at 3 pm.. and 2 rooms was very hot n not proper. The food was tasteless, only omelette section and Turkish coffee was ok. swimming pool was not clean properly. In kids poll, there is others kids was vomit inside the poll n I called the staff to inform about that. His response very disappointed (just Oh) until I asked him to clean it/do something cause not healthy at all. poor others kids got the germs.
