The room is poorly maintained although it's big. It only has one 3-pin power point. Toilet sink leaking. Pests 🪳 are seen. TV cannot even have clear pictures. Remote control is damaged.

The location is excellent and busy, with easy access to food, malls, and more. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay, and Great Value for Money. I recently stayed at BCC Hotel & Residence Batam and had a very pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its fantastic location. It is strategically situated within walking distance of two of Batam’s most popular shopping malls – Grand Batam Mall and BCS Mall. Whether you’re visiting Batam for shopping, dining, or simply exploring the city, having both malls just a short stroll away is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is also packed with amenities. There are numerous eateries, convenience stores, pharmacies, massage establishments, and other services nearby, making it easy to find whatever you need without having to travel far. One particular gem is A2 Food Court, located just behind the hotel. It offers a wide variety of local Indonesian dishes, seafood, and drinks at reasonable prices, making it a great option for lunch, dinner, or even a late-night meal. The hotel itself is comfortable and offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious and generally well-equipped for both short and extended stays. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. While some parts of the property may show signs of age, everything was functional and adequately maintained. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was sufficiently wide and offered a good mix of local and international options. There were various hot dishes, breads, pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages available. While it may not rival the extensive selections found in luxury hotels, it was certainly more than enough to start the day well and keep you satisfied until lunchtime. The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth, and any requests were attended to promptly.

Nice staff, clean hotel, and central location.

This hotel is combined with an apartment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the service is excellent. It's conveniently located near the A2 food court, adjacent to Batam Square Mall, and close to Grand Mall. If you're looking for durian, you can find it right next door. It's almost a complete experience.

Shower not working properly, sink stuck

You can get a really good city view... especially at night... the swimming pool is also clean...

I've stayed here several times, with easy access and plenty of food nearby. It's also a very comfortable place to stay, as it's a bit off the main road but easily accessible.

The hotel is quite good, but the bathroom cleanliness needs more attention, and the breakfast menu should be more varied.

Comfortable, suitable for holidays with family

The breakfast menu is complete and delicious, the staff is friendly. The room is clean, but the AC is not cold enough, but it's okay.

The location is next to BCS mall, just walk if you want to go to the mall, there is a children's swimming pool, ok for families, large rooms, good toilets.

Perhaps more seating could be added in the lobby. It's enough to stand for about 5 minutes waiting for check-in or check-out. For breakfast variety, perhaps Chinese food could be labeled halal. Since I'm Muslim, I'm a bit worried about choosing food, so I can only choose rice dishes.

All was good so far, only food that's not so tasty.

Although the hotel building looks old and worn, it all pays off with the comfort provided. It was truly a pleasant staycation experience. The super spacious room is also affordable. For IDR 500,000, you can get many benefits for IDR 3,000,000 from a 5-star hotel. The restaurant waiter, Azzam, was very impressive and made my heart melt. Swimming in this hotel pool is like swimming in a spring. The water is clear, cool, and doesn't smell of chlorine. Although the pool looks old-fashioned, the shortcomings are outweighed by the many advantages. Close access to shopping centers like BCS Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The receptionist was very friendly and prompt. So far, I love my staycation here. I'll be back next time.
