Beautiful location in the town. Also inside is beautiful. The dinner is good considering the low price.

(1) the building and its interior (2) the location and its closeness to the river Ebro (3) the simple 3-course dinner at a low price

This was a unique stay in what had been an old convent. Lots of character and charm. Basic but clean and comfortable accommodation. Used as an overnight stop over during a Spanish road trip. Close to the centre of town to walk into to soak up the Spanish atmosphere. The room could have benefited from some air conditioning- it was a very hot sultry night when we stayed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice to suit most tastes.

A very good hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Food was good. A very peaceful location. Nice gardens. The room was a little small but sufficient. I would have liked coffee & tea making facilities in the room. There was no restaurant on Sunday evening.

Not bicycle friendly, they let us store it in their cleaning closet where it didnt really fit. Also the most grumpy recepcionist ive ever seen. I asked if we could take our bikes to go get dinner and she replied "you should walk".

Public areas stunning. Staff helpful. Room small and basic; no information in folder in room and ( as usual for Spain) no refreshments in room other than water. Restaurant price for "menu" fairly good price but we chose to go into the town so can't comment on food. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, beautiful historic building, good value for both the accommodation and the Menu del Noche. Could not fault our stay. Its an ideal overnight stay on the way to Bilbao for the ferry to the UK. We will stay again.

It was short but worth the visit. The 3 course menu wasn't exceptional, but excellent for the price and the wine was good in quality and quantity

This is an excellent place to stop over or from which to explore the surrounding country. The building is breathtakingly lovely - an ancient converted convent - and is just a minute or twos' walk from the city itself - which itself is OK but unremarkable. Rooms are clean and warm. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rates are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. If you want somewhere to stay the night before catching the ferry from Santander or Bilbao this is an excellent choice.

The hotel was excellently placed and the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that when we stayed there the nightime temperature didn't drop below 29degrees and there was no aircon in the room. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, if possible at all. The rooms could certainly benefit from aircon or at least a fan in the summer.

Good wine and dinner for the price. Will use this hotel again. 12 hours from le Havre with a few N roads. We found it without a map. Just head for the bright light on the hill. Parking secure. Pleasant walk to the old town and river

Clean comfortable accommodation. Ideal for an overnight en route. Good value for money. Reception staff very helpful but restaurant service in need of improvement. Some nice tables and chairs in the courtyard would significantly enhance the ambience. The hotel has some charming features.

Tiny rooms, no wifi in rooms, nowhere to purchase drinks anywhere onsite. Everything was clean but bed was pretty uncomfortable. More like a cot.
