Internet connection was slow. At breakfast, limited vegetables were available. But cost performance is nice.

This hotel is old, very old! The outside looks ok but once you enter your room the disappointment hits you immediately.

Hotel needs a lot of repairs and modernization. Owners obviously want to keep on proceeds for themselves and not reinvest anything in their hotel. Hotel staff demoralized knowing they do nothing to help their guests. On check out they tried to charge me a second time a tax that was already prepaid.

Estadia boa.

Air conditionar didn't work. Sanitary shower was broken. The door didn't lock properly. The pillows smelt of the hundred people who stayed there before. The sheets smelt of something nasty, probably the chemical they used to try and kill the bed bugs, didn't seem like it was effective. The bar staff varied between disinterested, uncourteous and in the case of the one with ridiculous make-up - obnoxious. Seemed like all the stafff, infact most people in the area who work with tourists feel themselves superior to the tourists from whom they make a living, Unlike people in the rest of Brazil the people in Foz do Iguacu seem very rude.

Instalações um pouco antigas, o ar condicionado do quarto era antigo e não tinha muita potência.. nem dias mais quentes, acabamos sentindo que a temperatura ficava mais quente que o desejado. Quarto confortável, camas boas, café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento muito bom também.

Hotel bastante envelhecido necessitando de reformas.Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque a luz não acendia e o telefone estava mudo.O café da manhã é bom. Porém o jantar não era condizente com o valor cobrado. Era caro para a qualidade ofertada ( buffet self service).

Excelente custo benefício, bom café, alimentação no local com custo bom e atende as necessidades, recepcionistas atenciosos. Valeu a experiência. Voltaria com verteza.

Acomodações espaçosas, limpas o serviço dos funcionários foi extraordinário, café da manhã muito bom.
