Close to the interstate and exit i needed. Staff was helpful and brought needed items quickly. Room had stains on the furniture and floor. Fold out bed not very much cushion, felt the springs and support bar. Queen beds are not as wide as a queen, more like full size width and queen length. Poor lighting in room and bathrooms. Hot tub needed to be resurfaced as it looked like it had dirt at the bottom.

Terrible experience

Just okay. AC wasn’t working well, lighting was poor, and bad smell coming from bathroom sink. Room was spacious and location was convenient.

Good location.. Easy access to every route we took during our stay.

Upon arrival on the 19th of June, the front desk staff was rote and businesslike. No smiles, no genuine welcome, no thanks for staying with us. The room was clean. The body wash bottle was empty but the cleaning staff replaced it when we asked. The Keurig coffee pods came in decaf only. That was not okay. The patio shared with the neighboring hotel is huge and lovely!

Staff was great. Nice hotel. No free breakfast.

First the good: ALL of the staff we encountered were awesome! They were all kind and very helpful. We loved the amenities... the pool and hot tub, the fitness room and the airport shuttle! Now the not so good: Our room was not nearly as clean as it should have been. There appeared to be large dog food pieces on the floor and there was a half used tooth pick and what appeared to be a dried noodle next to the tv. I did not see all of this until later in the evening when getting ready for bed. Or I would have asked for a different room. I took pictures and shared it with the front desk staff in the morning. She apologized several times and told me she would have a talk with the cleaning staff.

Staff here are very pleasant and very eager to please. We had a great vacation. Thank You all.

Not maintaining the facility very well. Had a sewage problem that was being denied. Room was not restocked and the light in our bathroom wasn’t working.

Great staff they went out of their way to help us. Also has a shuttle that was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Pool hot tub and workout room also

The property was easy access. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service. The restaurant could use some major upgrade in the quality of food. The jelly containers were stale dated to the point of being dried up.

Pretty good overall, wasn't quite up to the hype on the app but good location and very cozy.

They need to make sure everything is in working order and the shampoo and body wash are full. Our phone and second tv did not work. I tripped on the carpet in the hallway, and couldn’t find bedding for the couch
