I traveled alone from Saigon to Hanoi and needed a place to sleep at a reasonable price. Staying here was the perfect choice. The staff here are very enthusiastic, friendly and supportive. I will come back soon if I have the chance to come to Hanoi.

Location: Right in the center of the old town near Ta Hien beer street. ❌ No motorbike parking for guests. Guests must park outside. --------------------- Space: There are 6 floors (From floors G - 5 there is an elevator, but on floor 6 you have to take the stairs). Guests are mainly Westerners! 🇪🇺 ✔️ There are dormitory bunk beds and private large bed rooms. ✔️ There are luggage storage cabinets & luggage storage areas for guests. ✔️ There are sofas for relaxing and an area to lie down if you check in early. ✔️ FREE WIFI, good to use, the key is a magnetic card👍 ✔️ There is a mini buffet breakfast included, and there is draft beer from 6-7pm. ✔️ There is a small pool table, foosball, board games to play. ✔️ There is a spacious area for working, chatting, and eating. ✔️ There are enthusiastic tour consultants to Sapa, Ha Giang, etc. --------------------- Staff: Mostly young, cheerful, cute, enthusiastic, speak good English. Some owners seem a bit fierce 😰 ✔️ They keep valuables like laptops for guests in the seating area. -------------------- Price: I booked on Traveloka for about 159k/1 night/room for 8 people😘 ⚠️ There is a 100k room key deposit! -------------------- Quality: It must be said to be amazing. Just 1 low price but with so many convenient services, there is only 1 word: EXCELLENT 😊👍

Good staff, room price 1 million, 4 comfortable beds. The device is a bit old but it's ok. There is no place to park motorbikes. Must park in separate motorbike parking area

Với tầm giá này ở phố cổ là hợp lý .mình ở p406 13 đêm . yên tĩnh không đến nỗi quá ồn . phòng ok lễ Tân nhiệt tình. có một chút không hài lòng về cô dọn dẹp tóc ngắn .ngoài ra mọi thứ đối với mình đều OK. Lần tới về sẽ vẫn ở đây !

Quản lý kêu đổi phòng 150k sau đó cả nhóm đi ăn về thì báo với anh trai mình 300k

Clean room, friendly staff.

The hotel stays in next to 2 bars are not soundproof, can't sleep at night because it 's too noisy, the room smells musty and not clean. Too bab.

Extra charge for 4 nights due to room change (very noisy), no breakfast, but when you miss booking for 1 more night but change the ticket early, the hotel is not flexible to cancel but still collect the normal fee

Next to Bar area so very noisy. Requests to change rooms will be charged.

The hotel takes good care. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in helping guests when needed. The hotel is centrally located so it is easy to find good food. Although I arrived early, the receptionist still let me check in early without charging extra. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to come back a second time. Thank you very much!

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm luôn, rất tiện lợi

khách sạn ở trung tâm phố cổ đi đâu cũng tiện nhưng sát cạnh bar nên rất ồn, ồn đến tận 3h sáng và bạn cùng phòng của mình không thể ngủ được. Phòng có mùi đồ ăn từ dưới bốc lên rất rất khó chịu. Máy điều hòa bị hỏng gọi nhân viên lên sửa nhưng về vẫn không sử dụng được. Phòng cũng không có điện thoại để liên lạc hay gọi lễ tân.

Spacious, clean room. Enthusiastic and funny staff. The hotel is in the Western quarter so the rooms with balconies will be a bit noisy.
