Nice short stay enroute.

Great location for being in the middle of old town. Lots of dining options around. Nice rooms.

Bran was the best part of this hotel restaurant! If you decide to eat there let him know me and my family enjoyed his service!

Massively Overpriced. Misrepresented room description. The price charged was 3 times the price it was available for the day I checked in. A/c doesn’t work, noisy and the mattress is impossible to sleep on.

So this hotel is in the palace, and our room overlooked the baptistry, but it's in a pedestrian area and 20+ steps to get to it, which are both uneven and steep in places. google maps is OK to find it but it's down a side alley, with no signposts. Our room was one of the ones in the room photos, but the photos don't show the 4 steep steps from the room to the bathroom, with no handrail. Air conditioner was blocked by the curtains and the tie back in the picture is no longer present. Lamps were so large as to block any other use of bedside tables, and the ccables were frayed with one exposing live conductors. too much furniture so no space to open bags. no sockets to plug in chargers in good locations

The location was fantastic and we liked the quirkiness of where it was, in the palace. A couple of staff could have been a bit friendlier - some were really nice. Breakfast sometimes had stuff missing which wasn't replenished; one day lacked a working coffee machine, another day ran out of tea bags, another day - cornflakes ran out. The room we stayed in was a little run down and needed some maintenance - safe not working and not fixed (was reported), curtain rail seemed damaged, and we avoided using one of the lights because of the electrical fizzle sound coming from it when switched on! The transfers to and from the airport were fantastic, with both drivers being really friendly and helpful.

I would have given a higher rating if it wasn’t for the terrible internet service. In 2025 having poor WiFi is just not acceptable. Aside from this, the hotel is great. The location is right inside the palace a few steps from the cathedral, temples of Jupiter, cellars. Everything about the location is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and provided very good recommendations. The room itself was on the small side but this is normal for the location.

Modernised hotel with lift within the palace, close to the main square. We, like some other guests, had difficulty finding it. Excellent buffet breakfast. We liked the lifesized horse lamp in the entrance hall!

The hotel location was excellent being in the palace grounds. Staff were all really friendly, spoke excellent English and always willing to help. Breakfast options a little limited. Cleaning of rooms wasn’t completed until later in the day, possibly due to high turnover in rooms and sometimes missed, this was raised with reception and resolved.

Horrible experience, dirty hotel, all the windows has spider webs and very rude staff, I stayed there 2 nights. didn’t have hot water at all, I asked them they said technician is working on it and will fix in half an hour but they never fixed it, when I asked them where can I shower they suggest me to go to shower in jacuzzi area which was extremely hot with no AC, when outside temperature was 95 degree, also the shower was extremely dirty, it was impossible to take shower there. When I complain to front desk for hot water they said it is what it is they can’t do anything about it. I paid $500 per night, they don’t want to make refund and keep telling me manager will take care of it but no luck,

the hotel has everything we needed while staying in split , super convenient location for local attractions and shops dining and transport and travel agencies . the only imperfection is that it is nosy until midnight due to the heart of the location with many restaurants around . hotel staff is amazingly helpful and kind who helped us to carry our luggages all the way to the harbour to save us fr expensive taxi. forgot to ask his name but a young lad who was really kind helping us to buy last minute ticket for the ferry and helped us on to the ferry just on time and without his help , we would have to wait for 1.5hrs for the next boat ! v thankful to him .

Incredible stay within the palace structure. Very historic to see everything within the palace. Rooms are small, but understandable given your location.

Easy to access. Doesn’t need to drug luggage far.

Tv did not work, safe did not work, bathroom door screeched when closing. Ac wasn't the best, the bed wasn't comfortable. Small things mean so much.
