The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional. Room was very nice and spacious. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day we were there.

I arrived early and was unable to check in earlier and had to wait till 3 pm and even then they needed 10 min to make sure my room was ready. I was really tired and exhausted from my 7 hour trip and this was very disappointing.

Nice play to stay. Had a room for six. Was tight but good sleep and stay. The room was a bit stuffy even with AC, but it was minor. Would stay again!

We like it that it is pet friendly and the room that we stayed in had so much space and it was very clean. We had a good time!

From day 1 we requested body wash because the bottle was empty. We checked out and never got it, even though we requested twice at the front desk. We had to shower 4 days with one small bar soap.

Asked staff for towels never delivered to my room. Phone was broken and reported it broken never fixed. Had to go downstairs for all my needs. Went to the bar no one was on staff for 15 mins sat and waited. The pool was very foggy didn’t have towels.

Great place to stay with my family of 4 and my mom. They have the option of a sleeper sofa. Place is clean, only con is I asked for house keeping and they didn’t come during the day, but they made it right, I called the front desk and they sent them right over. Place was clean, no problem with parking. Over night I did hear a child crying, but it didn’t bother me.

The hotel was nice and fairly clean. However there was left hair on the floor and the carpet was wet. You have to request daily housekeeping and they take all day to clean the rooms. The staff was okay but didn’t go above or beyond in any way. Breakfast was decent but cold. There is not enough seating for the amount of people having breakfast.

Shower head needs replaced with stronger option. Friendly and helpful staff

Rooms big, but all you can hears is traffic going by. Ask to switch to quieter room, but manager told me no because those rooms are saved for their deluxe tier members!
