The hotel staff was very helpful during early check-in, when I wanted to store my luggage, and when I checked out, they helped me book a taxi to the airport. I will stay here again on my next trip.

Great location, near Dotonbori, shopping center, many restaurants. The room is clean, the TV has many selections of movies, and information is also provided from the TV. Easy and fast check-in and check-out, the staff is friendly.

I got an upgrade from a queen bed to a twin bed, even though according to the app the price difference was quite a lot, I could leave my suitcase temporarily, and the staff were very friendly, it was amazing.
