Front desk attendant was friendly and patient while dealing with the heavy flow of people coming in was good.

Always dirt on floor and elevator from oil field workers. TV didn't work very well a lot of times.

Do not count on the front desk staff being able to find your pre-paid reservation made through Hotels.com. I stay here any time I have to be in Sidney because its perfectly clean and fine and not a bad price, but its the same hassle at check in every time. And every time its because the person at the desk just cant make the computer work... not sure where that disconnect is, but since I could see my name on the screen and they jsut ignored it, I am guessing its not really a hotels.com issue. Overall its a clean hotel, the pool is okay- usually very heavily chlorinated but I guess thats better than being dirty or out of order. Breakfast options are incredibly slim, so dont count on it to get you going in the morning, but for the price its a more reasonable option

They have an excellent brrakfast, and very pleasant personal. NOTHING LIKE THE PIECE OF CRAP SUPER 8 IN WILLISTON. THEY RUN A SCAM ON YOU!

Over all, it was good, however TV sucked, nothing to was unless you were willing to pay for it.

I reserved a sweet which is obviously what I thought I would be getting. However when I arrived I got the smallest room that they had barely would fit the bed in there. She did tell me that at the desk that they had been sold out all day so I'm not sure why they were still being able to be reserved. She told me that I would be credited the difference obviously since I didn't get the bigger room. And I was not given anything back As far as adjusting the price on the room not even the deposit and it's a week and a half later. The pool was also so disgustingly dirty was soaps scum looking grease all over the bottom in the walls and there was so much chlorine in there that just from the fumes before going under the water My eyes were irritated and burnt.

Dirty-entire room was less than clean. Alarm clock-kept going off in the middle of the night. Breakfast-lacking.

Pretty standard hotel but the staff were great and son (7 yrs) enjoyed the pool.

New building, super helpful front desk, clean and a good breakfast.

Very nice place to stay for the price.

My only complaint is that we booked a suite, the elevator was not working so they had to charge our room as I cannot walk up and down stairs safely. The replacement room was adequate but not quite what I had in mind when I booked the room. We knew our son and his family would be coming to our room at least one of the days we were there so I was hoping for a sitting area. The fact there is a nice courtyard with a fire pit, charcoal grill and traeger did make up for that as we were able to BBQ outside, sit and visit. I will stay there again

Enjoyed my stay, friendly and efficient staff. The rooms were clean. Convenient to the location I was visiting. Breakfast was good.

Both rooms that I booked were not available at the time of check in. Very frustrating
