It was great

Affordable overnight without sacrificing cleanliness or comfort or safety. Wish there had been better coffee either in the room or downstairs with the breakfast.

Had a little problem with the door lock when checking in and they had us change rooms. Once in the room, the bed was comfortable and took a few minutes to figure out the temp was on the heater. We did notice some little things .

Clean quiet friendly good breakfast

I've stayed here several times and the staff is always great. Very friendly and helpful. This time it was pretty loud though - lots of noise from other rooms and people going in and out.

This was a haven for me after a week w my family! So peaceful and quiet. The bed was comfy with nice fluffy pillows. I appreciated the space to spread out when really I just needed a bed for the nite. Lots of parking. Right off the highway with many restaurants and shops nearby. Went to a fantastic Mexican restaurant in nearby la grange. I will stay here again!

Everything was in order. Only thing was the parking lot was not plowed. Not a deal breaker for us but could be troublesome for others.

Front desk staff check in and check out were very pleasant. Breakfast staff was hardworking and a lovely person. Would recommend to anyone needing an overnight stay in Kalamazoo.

Gave us a key that has already people in that room, we walked in with couple in the room already .They were shocked as we were. also the room has no back lock to lock it for security purposes. No (Do not disturb ) sign. When we told the front desk that our room has already people in it, they said sorry that happened a lot. That not supposed to happen at all.

Quiet hotel with clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, and same toast, generic bagels etc. Only complaint I'd say was a lingering smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator

Very clean, super nice staff

The property could definitely use a good deep cleaning in the lobby, elevator, and the rooms. The room i had had so much hair on the bed and floor from previous guests, the tv didn't work at all. Very disappointing for the price, I didn't complain much because it was a one night stay. But I wont be returning.

DO NOT STAY HERE First impression - leak in front foyer being held up with, I’m not joking, PRINTER PAPER. Elevator sounded on its last leg and panel being held by ONE SCREW. Late check out was 20$ an hour, which is crazy but reasonable if the hotel wasn’t a ghost town. All ice machines in the entire hotel were broken- had to call front desk 5 times to get anyone, breakfast buffet had multiple signs that they will charge you if they find food in your room- why are there microwave and fridges? Poorly patched holes in walls of room. Entire floor smelled like an ashtray-no app worked on TV AT ALL. Mattress was itchy and not quality. Desk/coffee area covered in layer of dust.
